Jelquing is superior to clamp

I came to the conclusion that jelq is better than clamp because clamp is just for girth and jelq progressively increases girth and lenght , you may say jelq is for girth but if you stop and think you will see that when you jelq your not just filling your penis with blood but also you are performing temporary stretches while your hand slides up and down that promotes lenght for sure , also im the proof that jelq gives significant lenght gains.

I dont think you understand what clamping even is, or have read the guide I wrote years ago.
Damn I wish it had never been dubbed clamping, I always called it constrictors, as it causes confusion.

The clamp is simply the tool ... you can use a cock ring, a shoe lace or whatever, its all constrictors.

Saying jelqing is better then clamping doesn't make sense, because one is an exercise [jelq] and the other [clamping] is the instrument. Clamping can be used with any girth method.

You can't do 100% erect jelqs and stretch your ligaments effectively, no way! You're 100% erect so there's no ligament movement anymore when you do the ok grib at the base and go towards the glans

I think the dry jelq till max30% erect, does something to the ligament, so it feels. Slightly no difference with manual stretch. But manual stretch sure has a much more effect in length.


Of course the lengthmaster 0% erect does this mutch more
 
I'll stick to "the peniz is a balloon , not a rope" route , will get more lenght through Jelq and clamp since my lenght is above average but my girth is average so i will end adding maybe 0.5" lenght which is totally fine for me and get a fat cock
