So... was trying to jelq.... did about 100. Ended up deciding to bust my nut, because it felt too good. Does this happen to anyone else? Or am I just appetitive and weak-willed? (. Also, if I just do a rigorous stretching routine every morning (30 minutes), will I get the length gains I want without jelqing? I find jelqing to be pretty bothersome... is there any other excercises that hits the same aspects as the jelq?
