Also DONT use a rubber band, trust me ..... it WILL cut the skin on ya dick, and if say ya did get VERY hard and thick from it constricting the blood ... theres a chance NO BULL that it will give in, and cut right through ya cock like a knife in butter.

no worries, ive peed for a while and conditioned towards advanced techniques. now what about masturbating/edging with a cock ring on? in theory that would really pump the dick, but is it safe or even recommendable?

VERY recommendable, infact DOWNLOAD the constrictor guide located here - main section - at top in a sticky, cant miss it .... has EVERY exercise ya can do with the clamp, all done by me apart from a few members have come-up with and I aint had time......give it a read, will really educate you too lol and give you a better understanding of whats needed.

thanks, ive looked at it and i have only one question, how long should i clamp or wear a cr for? ive read that you shouldnt wear it for more than 30 min.
and edging with one on should enlarge it right? or should i still include jelqing?

Nah, sitdown and read it....please, you will learn and the questions you seek will be seeked no more.

Its all in them pages.

But to help ya, I would say 15 mins to start with [your not entirely new] do X2 sets on a one on one off basis.
Do WHATEVER exercise from the guide you want.
They ALL work.

Like I say read that for more .... but for a start on a plan ... do either X1 15 minute or X2 15 minute, on a 1 on 1 off.

Also if you could, post in the constrictor thread at the top in this section so I dont have to move all this into other sections, keeps it all in one place.....cheers.
