Hey guys, its been a while, almost three months since I've came back to this site. Like I said before, I stopped using my Bathmate since college started since theres no privacy or time to use it. So, for the last 9 weeks, I have been jelquing consistently, about everyday for 30 min before masturbating. Recently, the weather got real cold and I jelqued a couple of times without properly warming up. I noticed a soreness and a stinging like sensation when I jelq now in the area of a cluster of veins. I am worried that it is a thrombosed vein but I don't see any cordlike and hard or new veins in the area and the soreness is on and off regardless of erection. It is usually not painful, only occasional soreness and stinging sensation especially when I do SSJ. What worries me is the loss of gains. I have been making a lot of great progress, my cock felt and seemed thicker both flaccid and erect, but now, after a couple of days of this soreness in the area, it seemed to have receded and my dick does not feel as thick or plump as usual. Also, when I initially felt this soreness, I started to massage the area of soreness and the sore pain went away after a couple of min to where if I massage the area I dont feel the soreness anymore. Does anyone know whats going on? What also worries me is that when I masturbate, theres isn't really any pain but like I said, my dick doesn't feel as thick and hard as before.

Have I just overstressed/exhausted my penis? My ejaculation isn't as big of a load nor as powerful coming out but it makes sense for masturbating everyday. Its not possible to suddenly lose all the gains right?

Next time you need to take it progressively higher not jump right into hard jelqing. This is the best way to warm up your tissues from the inside out, and prevent any stinging pain

Yea I learned that the "hard" way lol, so this is normal? The soreness and stinging, its not serious or anything right? Can I continue jelqing? I have roommates so its really hard to find time to jelq being warmed up and all because I usually take a hot shower first then jelq, but from now on Ill masturbate and get a hot towel going before jelquing.

Well jelqing to me is part of warming up, but I take it slow first. Masturbation isn't gonna help anything imo

I just read somewhere that masturbating can be a warm up to jelqing and PE in general just to get the blood in the penis and engorged, its not possible to get a thrombosed vein from jelqing like SSJ right? Heard its usually only from immense constriction like clamping?

Idk but the pain from soreness should go away eventually if you're doing mostly jelqs. I have frequent painful soreness from a heavy routine, and I jelq the feeling away. I know its just the microtears reopened, and flushed with blood.

I always tell'em to gradually increase force, and you'll always be clear of unnecessary twinges which also helps prevent injury

Masturbation with orgasm would be a warm up for length work. Light jelqing could be a warm up for girth or length. Thrombosis is something you do not need to worry on using the SlowSquashJelq, Thrombosis usually happens in clamping work.

Well the soreness and stinging sensation is gone now after a couple of days of rest and no masturbation, do u have any advanced jelqing that I should do other than the basic jelq and SSJ? I am at between 4.5-5 in girth and 6.5 - 7 in length but I still feel like its not much of gains after a couple of months, I wanna be at least 7 in length and at least 5 in girth through jelqing and manual stretching?

Ehh, the slight stinging and soreness occurs when I SSJ, I am beginning to suspect its because of me firmly gripping the base and bending the big veins that pop out while compressing the head. Is this normal?

You do not need to be bending, you can simply compress both hands together. When you say bend what exactly do you mean?

Well I have two big veins at the base of my penis and when I grip the base, the veins move to adjust to the firm grip, but I suspect that its not the veins? It feels deeper when I sometimes compress in the middle of my penis, is this normal? To have a slight pain when compressing?

Also, to clarify with SSJ, do you move both hands together towards the middle or does the base hand stays firm at the base while the top hand compresses down?

No bruh you shouldn't feel pain if you warm up using the increments method. The both hands move into each other yes.
I don't think its the veins that hurt you, but the actual tunica strains from not being warmed up properly

What is this increment method? I usually warm up with a shower and manual stretching or just use morning wood...

Increments like engaging every gear. Say if I got up with morning wood, and got straight to jelqing hard I'd have a bad time :/. That's why I start softly first getting an erection then some light jelqing until the soreness goes away. Then jelqing for expansion know what I mean start slow. Imo this is just as important as using heat (even though I don't use heat just increment)

That sounds like what I normally do, its unhealthy to jelq a rock hard dick (full erection) anyway. Its only when I SSJ intensely I feel the stinging discomfort in the middle of my cock . Im just trying to figure out what is happening and if its normal, Ive had this sensation before but not this consistently. I also feel it to a lesser degree when I bundle, the tunica twist so I think it is because that area in my tunica is strained/overworked because my shaft does bend to the left.

The bend is probably to blame. Next time try for it not to bend more than what it already is so that spot doesn't crush itself. You can use bends to help open that side, and make it stronger. Just use a strong grip at the base, and with ulis grab some engorgement then bend it carefully so as to straighten it. With practice both sides of your cok will even out enough that ssj become easier to do without worries of crimping that short side

Thats the weird part though, I do try to bend against the spot that it folds, to straighten it while SSJ but its actually the side that bulges, the side that does not fold that has the slight discomfort.
