Hey guys so im a little on edge right now, Yesterday I did something to my penis while clamping. My penis has an awkward curve to it to the left so when i been clamping lately i pusha little to the right when im jelquing. After yesterdays session, my penis has been totally weird. It doesnt seem to hang with the fullness that i once used to. Also, my base feels like its list some sensation. I keeep my cockring on for loing periods of time but this just happened to me yesterday and I have been useing my rings for years. FURTHERMORE, i cant even seem to locate my PC muscle anymore! I can flex it and control my piss, but it doesnt flex. Did i do something to my PC. My cock isnt cold, its just the PC and the base of my shaft feels weird. Should I go to the doctor, i wansnt planning for this. Please let me know.
 
It's really hard to understand if this occurred when you were jelqing or clamping.
When you clamp, you jelq as well?
 
Some detail information on what you're doing would be helpful...
How long have you been clamping...?
How long are your sessions when you are clamping...?
How often are you clamping between sessions...?
Did you already have an awkward left curve or was it from clamping...?
Are you clamping and jelqing simultaneously...?

Could be you over-worked the area without enough recovery-time and caused fatigue.

Yea I clamp and Jelq together. The rings are jelq rings

I think the problem might be from clamping too much. i leave the ring on after my clamp/jelq session. I am getting better though. Been doing kegels. I think myPC was undeveloped in some areas and overdeveloped in others. GOnna take a break from clamping for a while and focus on stretching and be more careful in general.

Clamping can be very dangerous especially when one become overzealous. I think your explanation makes sense as far as the Pelvic Floor Muscles are concerned, and in general, for all applications the PF Muscles should be developed evenly and strongly. I would stick with manual work for a while to reset things and put together a better workout.

I did get overzealous with clamping. It sucks. Gotta kegel more. I used to keep the ring on for soo long that I kinda lost the feeling for my natural dick. Gotta get that back and be more careful.

Ok, so not to knock you, but you're not clamping. To clarify, clamping means a stationary positioned clamp, not ring and the clamp stays at the base of your engorged penis. Can we get a mod to rename the thread title perhaps? Currently it's misleading as the OP has not been clamping, rather using some modified type of jelq.

Clamping users an adjustable, rigid device at the base of the penis to restrict, but not cut off blood IN flow and slow but not cut off blood out flow. The increase in internal blood pressure causes the big increase in internal pressure felt in the penis. When done correctly, clamping generates more internal pressure even without added exercises, than most other PE methods.

A tight cock ring is just that and really should not be worn for more than around 20 minutes at a time due to potential to cause damage to the nerves which affect sensation and erections in the penis.

It's exactly as it sounds.......it's a clamp! Cable clamps, cable cuffs, those are the most common ones used......it's somewhat oval shaped when closed......it clicks, and locks, a little tighter, each time you press it shut more......had a release button on it..... as I said, it's just as it sounds.....literally, clamping! Different animal, than any cock ring. Hope that helps.

That's why tight cock rings should never be tight or too loose. Has to be comfortable and snug enough for there to be engorgement on the penis but not tight enough to cut off circulation. You're just thinning the bloodflow.
 
Cock-ring vs Clamp, both have their place in PE...
Pressure vs Compression, the amount of force applied to the surface (pressure) and the increase amount of density, internal pressure (compression). Clamping will give you more control of pressure and compression because its size-adjustable vs a Cock-ring which only has one size in its' setting.
Clamp should be use for PE-training to increase penis size, Cock-ring is should mainly be use to maintain the increase penis size after PE-training.
 
The idea behind wearing a cock ring after training is to keep the expansion around as long as possible. This does not take a great tightness to accomplish, go for the most minimal state to hold expansion. Cock rings and clamps are very different in their use and application and should both be studies before pursued. One wrong mistake in restriction could me Thrombosis or worse. Take you time, read the endless information from the experts and be progressive in use and honest with your bodies reaction. We can not rush the process and still remain safe.

I've never clamped before because of the negative stuffs I read about it. I will also suggest you replace the jelq with SSJ
 
Clamping has always worried me and I have gone hardcore on most things. I know men do gain with clamping but the side effects for me are too steep.
