Any of you guys measure your girth after a jelqing session ? Well, i have for the past week. I thought your girth was supposed to be temporarily larger right after jelqing 600 times ? Mine is not, and I've been upping the intensity gradually at 80% erect. SO i'm wondering do u definitely need the temporary girth increase to get girth gains from jelqing ?
 
I personally seen nothing at all towards girth gains or temporary girth gains from jelqing. I actually cut it from my girth routine. I remember the week I stopped doing em in my girth routine was the same week I cemented a quarter inch gain.

Im not saying that jelqing is the absolute cause but I just felt it wasn't helping me in any way.
 
i think everyone pump is different...some people balloon up and others you have soreness, and redness but it doesn't swell...for me it doesn't swell much after...i can tell i had a good workout when it just look thicker...then in the morning it plumps up a bit
 
after my girth excercises I am at 6.5 girth for the next day. During the actual excercises I measured once and I was at 6.75. Normally I am at 5.8-6" girth.
 
I do a couple of the excercises from RED's guide and a couple from DLD's Girth busters. I modify some of the routines to see how pumped they get me.

For example I did the TOW constricted stretches from RED's guide erect although he never mentioned to do it this way. I did them erect because I could feel my shaft being stretched while when I did them flaccid-semi flaccid it felt like only my skin was stretching. This caused a gain in legnth for me.
 
Jelqing gives girth gains to some, and not to others. Try a more advanced maneuver for girth such as squeezes, uli, bends, or constrictors. These WILL make you temporarily thicker after a workout. If you aren't temporarily pumped up, you probably aren't gaining. Don't worry though, for literally years I would Penis Enlargement and get nothing until I finally found what worked for me so theres hope, just experiment.
