Greetings to DLD, the mods and everyone here at our wonderful community. It's been awhile since I've posted but I've been pretty busy. Please bare with my long post but I really need some help.

Ok, It has been a whole year since I discovered and started Penis Enlargement at Pride Penis. I started with a simple Newbie routine that was very close akin to DLD's Phase I. It took awhile to get in the routine of things, but I kept this up on and off throughout Christmas time. I went on to incorporate such things as blasters, TOW, etc. During this period of time I did not gain at all except for a little bit in flaccid length. After Christmas I took about a month off frustrated that I might have been wasting my time, as I was devoting an hour a day for the days that i did exercise. Around this time is when i came across MOS and decided that I wanted to get back into it. I went ahead and joined the site and proceeded with DLD's Phase II as I felt I was prepared for the intense routine, knowing that my beginning routine did not give me much results. Since February, I have stuck with Phase II. I haven't been an everyday Penis Enlargement'er but I stayed very close to 5 days a week at the very least. Some days I would do length work, others just girth. I would do both as much as I could together on the days that I had time. A month ago, I ordered and began wearing the ROP because I figured that it would help as well.

So after a year of Penis Enlargementing (of that year 5 months on Phase II), I have gained a good inch and a half BP flaccid length and maybe a tiny bit of girth. Yet through this whole year, I have not gotten any erect gains >:( NONE whatsover. I am happy that I've gotten results and I am convinced that this stuff works, however I have worked hard and experienced no erect gains. I have read previous posts saying that flaccid gains eventually turn into erect gains; and some people are slow gainers, etc. But I continue to get flaccid gains and nothing else has happened. So I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to what I should do. Should I stick to Phase II or move to something else? Does it really take this long to see any results? I'm not going to give up bc. I enjoy Penis Enlargement, but obviously I'm a bit frustrated. So please DLD, Supra, Red, Still, ANYONE! Can any of you give me some good advice as to how I should proceed? I want to say thanks in advance and I truly appreciate everyone in this community. LMAO
 
You seem to be jumping around from one thing to another, trying this, trying that. Go back to Phase I, newbie routine, and do just that for about six months. When you do your stretches, make sure you stretch intensely. If you don't feel the burn and don't hear some ligs popping, you're just playing with yourself. If your are tightly circumcised, with alot of scarring, you might try some skin expansion techniques to give yourself some room to grow. Don't give up, tho! You have made gains, and that is nothing to cry about.
 
You could exercise more often. Consistency is really important. If you're working on things that are still sore from the previous day then you're bound to grow. I do 7 days on 0 off, albeit with different exercises on different days. If you're religiously pumping the bugger, the strain is gonna build up and it'll grow.

Although don't plan on getting laid for a while. Unless you're DLD or some of the other guys, you can say goodbye to getting a great erection every day. I did.

I agree with kong1971 -- go back to basics and hit Phase I again. Increase the stretch intensity accordingly though as your penis should be well-conditioned by now.
 
I think you should stick to what you are doing, you said you didnt gain really at all on the newbie routine, but gained a good inch and a half off the phase 2,
If I pe'd for a year I would'nt really want to go back to the basics, that would take away my enthusiasm...
But think of it this way man, you can't be 12'' flaccid and 6" erect, in reality, those flaccid gains are gonna turn.
 
Yeah just hit the basics for a few months. Stretch with a vengance and stay consistent. You'll get gains. Usually that old a watched pot never boils or whatever it is saying applies to gains. At least for me. When I least think I am getting anythign out of my sessions I look about a week or so later and damn if I haven't gained a .25 inch or a little less. I've gained 1.5 inches in erect length since Feb 12. So I guess in like a week it will be five months for that 1.5 inches in erect length result. I hope I can see the same amount of gains before Christmas. NOW THAT would be a GREAT Christmas present huh.
 
Hey I have that same problem. I gained at least half inch flaccid. But I been doing mini slammers for alomst 6 months and nothing changes. Infact I did girth work 4 days in a row then rested 3 days, it was really pumped, after the 3rd day resting I got an erection to see how things were and it was right back where I started. I quit doing girth work, and I need it too but crap somethings gotta be holding it back from getting bigger when erect.
 
Its funny, people say to relax and youll gain but the first time I tried Penis Enlargement was when I was 16 years old, I stayed on it till about 18 years old. Nothing happened. It was from a site called male secrets awhile back. Wasted 50 bucks. Then at age 20 I started again at penishealth.com paid another 50 bucks, did there starting routine and when I was mid 21 I quit. Then supra came into the site and showed me MOS, so I started again and paid supra 55 bucks for ROP and talked to him on AIM. He gave me a schedual and I did it. I got to the point where my dick was shrinking for working it too much, specially clamp, so DLD and others told me to rest for a week, I did that and I went right back where I started. Then I decided to do basic stretches all directions and 25 mini slammers with clamp 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off for a week and i wasnt as pumped as i was before so this past week i tried 4 on 3 off and well I was pumped at first then it went right back down to size. To top it off I have NO privacy in this house and I live with 8 people in a small ass 2 bedroom place and I have to rush Penis Enlargement sometimes when in the bathroom. Fuck Im suppossed to be out getting laid and going to parties man, this sux shit. Ima be 22 in 3 months man if I dont gain anything erect length and girth screw Penis Enlargement cuz ill be too damn old and will jsut have to settle for a job. Right now Im jobless hoping I can get gains before I have to start working and then have NO time at all to Penis Enlargement or become too tired.
 
First off, thanks to all of you for the help, it means a lot. I guess that everyone is different. I'm not sure whether to stick with what I'm doing or go back to basics. I think the most important thing is maybe I haven't been consistent. I need to try to keep to a routine EVERY day as Shazbut has suggested. But I also agree with Jakb that maybe I need to incorporate some different exercises into my routine. I'd like to try and start with maybe some DLD Girth Busters or Supra Slammers. These sound pretty good. Who knows.

Shitbag, I feel your frustration, even though it's much worse for you since you've been in this for a lot longer than I have. But if you have to rush your routine, this can't be good because you might be half assing it trying to hurry. It sucks that you live with so many people. Well I hope you get it figured out and are able to get where you want. Good luck bro and thanks.

I used to spend 2 hours, stretching took around 40 minutes due to grip problems than I got better at it so it takes around 20 minutes or longer now. I used to due slammers for around 30 to 40 minutes, and 100 downward jelqs before the slammers to get blood flowing. Recently I been just trying to get it out of the way before people start comming home and asking to go in the bathroom, its fucking ANNOYING. I hate this damn family. Its funny how happy someone can be one day then all of a sudden they just wanna start killing people, lol would be nice to get away from everything and everyone. Too many people fuck with other peoples lives. hahaha my moms a fucking drug ass locked up in jail, never seen my dad before, one of my uncles i live with is fucking gay, my grandmpa i live with is a fucking drunk ass everyday of the week, my aunty i live with which is my moms sister is another fucking drug addict who went to a mental hospital from breaking down from smoking crack, some peoples lives are just plain living shit. lol i have issues. my family gave me all my issues.most people have lives at the age of 22, man i dont even fuckin know where to start. After awhile living with crazy people, you start to go crazy, you try to adapt to life but you just cant, you try to talk to people but your brain just cant function properly. I went from pe to family issues, haha cool dont reply and dont tell me about your drug addicted alchoholic family cuz I dont give a shit. , :p latas i just need to tell people about my living, people who listen. my friends dont, they all smoke ice, runnin um hard, all pee lie in da eye. pooka teet and all.

Im sure there are people here that would tell you that an inch and a half flacid is nothing to balk at. The showers definately. I'd love to have the show, but I haven't gained much for flacid length. Keep it up man, start at phase I and milk your dick until you don't have anything left, and then start phase II. I'm confident that everyone gains, and if you look at it, what's an hour? I mean, you could spend it smoking pot or drinking, but you're trying to better yourself, and that's what it is about. For me, Penis Enlargement is my only fitness, I don't run, lift or anything, so it's just fit in as my "workout", of sorts, :).

e.g. do you do heaps of kegles?
