How many sets do you guys do? I do 3 10 second ones after my routine. Sometimes it doesn't feel like it is doing much because my erection angle is a little lower than it used to be. And does anyone know how they work? I heard the explanation but I don't really know what it means.

Nah, Isometrics in pe/npe is simple

Its still not really proven, and theirs alot of ifs and buts around it, it works by building the tendons up inside the penis to make more gains possible - say longer and longer.

Todo the Isometrics.

Simply get an erection.
Pull your hand over the penis and push down, while doing that also kegel hard....you will feel the penis wanting to come-up...make sure it doesnt come up, push it down and continue to kegel, this strengthens the Tendons and apparently allows the penis open for longer gains...I dunno if this is true but the exercise is worth a try.

It should improve your P'C' muscle at-least.

Its also somewhere on the MOS forums here, dunno where but dld posted it awhile back.

Try it, use it as a simple little to do inbetween sets as a little breather from the hard shit.
Just MHO anyway.
