As of right now, I am using the hydromax xtreme for three 5 min sets, then a cock ring for 30 min after the session, and then 3 sets clamped for about 5-7 min each. Sometimes after all of that, I'll use an ADS depending on the day.
 
how intense are you pumping? are you entering the cylinder erect? if so, are you able to maintain your EQ throughout the set? These were key components for me...max intensity at the highest EQ possible for the duration of each set

Couple of important pieces to this that you may want to incorporate to gain and heal faster.

1. Bundled Stretches. These are very important prior to girth or length work as they pre stretch the stubborn Tunica, allowing for greater expansion and elongation
2. Expressive Stretches. These are low grip stretches done with hand or LengthMaster. They bring growth from within the body outward.
3. Erect Stretching. So important to securing and cementing new gains in length.
4. Work in 5 minutes of SSJ in between every BathMate set

These things will help wit growth and allow you to heal better.
 
I've been pumping for about 3 years now(on and off). I pump at highest intensity, but sometimes lower depending on how I feel(90% of the time it's full intensity) and yes I always try to enter the cylinder erect
 
And I'm also looking to get to 6 inches in girth as my final goal with PE. Right now I'm at 5.0ish, but when I'm done pumping and clamping, 5.7-6.0inches(6.0 at the doughnut ring area)I hope to get to 5.5 EG in less than a year from now, but my complete goal is 8x6.

When I started to do bundled stretches and then 5x3 ssj that's when my birth finally went up

This is the secret to making permanent gains in pumping. When I want to do my session, I always watch a very hot ���� video that will help me to get an erection inside the pump. It is recommended to get an erection during every pumping sets. Kegels is a must do as well while pumping.

You always want to do pumping as erect as you can.
