OKAY here it goes....

1) i start with basic stretches in all directions 5 mins each up, down, left, right

2)i perform this exercise i forget the name i hold the stetch up for 2 seconds then release then stretch then release etc. (i do sets 4-20)

3) i perform dld v stretches

4) i do dld A stetches

5) jelqs

is this good can someone edit or help me with my routine thanks

PS ?????? WHAT IS A DLD BLASTER CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah please explain how to do blasters.. the only thing that confuses me is reverse kegeling ?:(
