Is semi erect jelqing useless?

I’ve been doing 100 semi erect 2-3 second jelqs a day with medium pressure. I’ve read a few articles on here that it doesn’t help as much as erect jelqs do... should I just switch to erect jelqs? My main concern is damaging my veins and causing insensitivity...but I’ll start out slow with low pressure to make sure I’m doing them right first. I don’t wanna waste my time on semi erect jelqs if it’s not going to do much. Thanks for the insight guys!

I suggest losing of the jelq, it’s a very old antiquated exercise and there’s far better girth exercises available. The best jelq to use right now is the SlowSquashJelq. It is a closed ended exercise meaning blood is trapped from the base and from the head and this blood is expansive as we slowly squash our hands together. It’s very powerful and you’ll see instant temporary gains after your first session. The only thing that makes the SSJ better is adding the Mityvac and doing the 5×5×3 routine. Yes the pump will help. A reset would be a total abstinence from it. In addition thoughts that go into that same place. This is why I suggest viagra, with some ‘safe’ creative thought that does not violate whatever terms you are avoiding.

For me I allow myself to go from clothed, non-nude and nude without sex. This is a safe place for me morally and perfectly enough visuals to get through a workout. Viagra or Sildenafil is prescription medication but several fellows have ordered it through AllDayChemist.

With that in mind, please keep a photo / video log with measuring to keep track of your gains. No need to share it if you feel shy but it's for your own good.

Thank you my brother that’s very kind of you. I wish I was a billionaire but I don’t think that’s in my future. I’d be happy just being a person who doesn’t need to worry about money.
