Hi everyone,

I just wanted to point out something I noticed. Every single person that I have read about that has gained 2 or more inches in length has done some routine that incorporates jelqing plus other things. Now I am not saying jelqing alone did or could get those kind of results, but maybe there is something about combining jelqing with something else (stretching, hanging, extending, etc) that just makes you gain more length and faster length.

My theory is that regular length work helps to extend the flaccid penis temporarily, and jelqing helps to cement those temporary increases much more easily. I believe there is something about the blood being forced through the penis by jelqing that really goes well with length work.

I think just the way jelqing forces the length issue with blood and engorgement rather than tugging and praying is a valid factor. Maybe I'd be a bigger fan of jelqs if I had done them with length rather than expecting them to hit girth in any kind of profound way.
 
reverse kegels can increase blood flow too,im not a big fan of jelqs anymore,i think ssj are way more effective,but i think they can loose its effect over time...

some men have spent years jelquing n they have apparently gained a lot..
 
Think of it likes this. If you are jelqing for a long time you're constantly doing a light tug. So it's like an extender.
 
I can't tell you that jelqing is a missing key to open every door. But it do fits to plenty of them! Add jelqing my friend. Both low and high erection jelqs, no matter you seek girth or and length. I think they work differently compared to each other, that is what i have found out. And i wouldn't say either works better for girth or length. Thay support each other. I won't go into further detail now as i recently found out.
 
I've heard one crazy story of one guy who said he got to 10*8 over a couple decades just using jelqing for 30 minutes a day. I'm not sure I believe that but there are a lot of stories like that about jelqing. Kinda why I want to try 30 minutes a day for a year with bathmate, squeezes and edging in moderation alongside them. In my case it's aimed more at correcting a tilt but maybe I'll get some good gains out of it. They are old as dirt and have been passed down for a reason right?
 
almost 20 years its an eternity IMHO, definitely that man had tons n tons of patience,I think 5 years of almost non stop PE can get a man to a massive size.

Maybe a 9+x6.5+ or even a bit bigger..

Ye i feel like it's something about jelqing too..jelqing works so good for me,awesome exercise.
 
jelquin for a year can be really hard,i hard a hard time i spent a year jelquin n i noticed girth gains even when i never measured.

i had a hard time keeping my penis erect,n i had to stimulate my penis everytime.

i think im a bit more ready than years ago,n would be interesting to start jelquin again n keeping a progress thread to see if they really can help out me whit gains..

Kegels dude. I had the same problem before I started kegeling like crazy. Kegels give you eq control which is very necessary for jelqing without intermissions.
 
i feel the base of pe is jelqing......i do feel i maxed out on my gains and they were faster when i did girth work.........the first thing in PE has always been jelqs.......adn the next best thing has been DLD SSQ..
 
Jelqs will always be in my repertoire, or until I surpass 5.75" in girth along the whole shaft. SSJ's simply don't work for me. My base is at 5.75" but then tapers to a mushroom. I'm not complaining and no one else lol. I just don't have big enough hands, I have to stay a little over half erection so as to properly jelq. Everyone who can, should jelq. That is pretty much the easiest maintenance routine after you reach your goal.
 
Jelq - Edging - Keegels - Profit

Jelq both flaccid/low erect and high erect. But never full erect. Penis needs to be smooth.

Edging & Keegel - Reach yourself to PONR and keegel hard to avoid ejaculation. This will expand your penis. Do this as many reps as you can.

Regularly Keegels & Reverse Keegels

Bigger penis.

Right and this is why I say that jelqing is mainly a girth exercise but some length gains will be made. There are much smarter ways to gain length. But, jelqing is the back bone of every beginning routine. I could only get so far with jelqing and that is why I came up with the SlowSquashJelq, it gave so much more expansion.

I've gained 2.25 inches in length and I've never done jelq exercise as a routine before.
