im a little confused guys, do you have to wear an extender to keep you from turtling after a workout to see gains? or can you make gains from just manual exercises like stretching and jelqing? I have an andropenis extender and it is so uncomfortable and I have to take it off after 10 mins cause I lose circulation. is the SG really that much better? I was looking into a vacuum device but it looks like a lot of work and too complicated
 
It is stated in the SRT theory (law) already. The more you keep it extended- the better the length gain result. So I guess it is vital :)
 
Yeah it's uncomfortable because you don't have the PMP so I don't blame you for having to take it off. Any other method is garbage in my opinion and not worth the time. Your also not getting anywhere unless you use an all day anti turtle sleeve like the xsleeves. I don't know why people bother using their futile methods I'm sorry I just been on the forums too long. To answer your question the SG is better with the PMP (vacuum device) and no it's not complicated at all. If anything the straps are annoying and complicated.

what is the PMP? can you maybe send me a link of the device you are talking about?
 
You don't -have- to wear one to see gains, people gained for centuries without wraps and sleeves .. it's just that you'll see gains considerably faster, and if it's pretty easy anyway then we'd be crazy not to do it.

An extender isn't technically an anti-turtle device. Anti-turtle sleeves and wraps just (sortof) keep you from retracting..

A stretcher actually uses traction to stretch you using force to cause additional length gains during healing. (I know you know that :p just being complete)

They're better with lots of time .. rather than lots of force/poundage. The original medical stretchers topped out at around two pounds of force. That doesn't seem like much compared to many PE exercises, but when you're new to it, after an hour or two of this 'light' weight it can feel like it's pulling your dick off.

That burning sensation is cellular activity .. your cellular voltages double from their normal range up into the healing range. (From about -23mV up to -50mV ... unless you're very sick systemically and can't generate the right voltage changes.) Bashing your thumb or recovering from a sunburn can give you the analogy of the 'itching' feeling often involved in healing/remodeling.

BTW, another (also superior) way to do anti-turtling is to use a type of cock ringing to expand the tissues -- in both the length and girth directions -- with a light constriction. I repeat the word light, as in easy or barely. That's the trick. Try wrapping some cushioning material around your base .. leave enough overlapping material that it won't accidentally separate when you're not looking, (a short length of silicone sleeve about 2 inches long and cut open so it becomes a flat wrap .. is really great for this) then secure the wrap with one or two Scunci ponytail bands. (such as This or This or This) .. these can be tied in a knot at the top to make them smaller/tighter, but only tie them as much as you need to make them not be loose ... you don't need very much force for this and is using a silicone wrap for the cushioning the wrap itself is going to be doing a lot of the work .. with the Scunci just kinda holding it in place. If you use a light force at this it can stay on and work for a looong time.

If you use too much force, you can cut off too much circulation and hurt yourself really bad. Always pay attention to the feel and the penis color while doing any PE exercise, if it doesn't look right then take it off and make another scunci with less force while you're taking a break. For me, one scunci is plenty because the silicone wrap itself is doing the work too.

-Normal wrap anti-turtling can help you grow because the healing is done in a kindof lengthened state .. but while compressed somewhat vs girth gains IMO..

-Stretchers can help you grow length because they're pulling on you with force to cause additive remodeling in that direction. You'll get 'free' additional length the fastest with this and/or with hanging ... but bear in mind to use a light poundage because this is Healing .. not another Workout.

2 inches seems like a pretty massive gain, imagine how much bigger your dick would look with an added 2 inches

Ok I'm going to be the ignorant one here but am i reading this correctly. Stretchers ie. Sizegenetics is only used to keep you exteded while healing and not actually used a device to do the extending?
 
Turtle means no gains in the healing, grab a strap and Uncle Jim that cock!

If you need something like an extender, get yourself the Silistrecher. You can use the Silistrecher in combination with the newbie routine and you will gain pretty well.

Healing in an elongated state is very important in PE. The Silistrecher is your ADS.

What about wearing the slilsleeve or duro sleeve all day for 5 to 6 hours a day after stretching? Will that help cement growth?
That is what you want to do. When you are awake and not doing PE. You need to always keep your penis in an expanded (after girthwork) and elongated state.

Hi, DLD.

How much pressure in lbs can it theoretically pull on your penis with the Sili-Stretcher? This is the device I most want but still am not sure how much pressure I can put on the stretching of the suspensory ligament itself with this device. It's between this and the Length master where it seems you can put a lot of pressure in pulling with your hands but you just can't do it for hours on end like the Sili-Stretcher. Thanks in advance!
