When I was doing DLD's newbie routine I have usually done it like that. Hot wrap , stretching , jelqing and warm down in one piece. Then a few hours later I did my Kegel routine and I have always done a testicle health before going to bed. If time is an issue for you and you want to do it all in a row I don't see a reason why you shouldn't. I don't think it will affect your gains in any way. Important thing is that you do it.
This is fine as long as you are not rushing it. I find breaking GIRTH up from LENGTH helps me concentrate. I like doing LENGTH early in the day and GIRTH at night. If your concentration is good and the sessions are productive then all in a row is fine.
