I have noticed whenever i do workout with LM my penis back head swollen .. is it normal ?

Not normal, but it can heppen from time to time when you are new to LM3, or when you start to bundle more then you are used to.

How long are you attached in the chamber?

Around 30 min ech session but this time i followed your routine 13 min inside chamber then rest 5 min then again but still i have this .. I wonder what should i do .. is it becouse my flached penis is small ?

Try even shorter sets and space them out through the day. Go 5 minutes and see how that works

Do you pulm backthe foreskin when you clamp down. This is important.

Alright but this is the routing I am following right now
We will start from slow and proceed to medium and then extreme with the routines.

Start with the beginner routine for 30 days only.

60 seconds per stretch

Do a 10mins warmup with a towel or stay under the shower in your bathroom for 10mins.

Straight out (twist right)
Straight out (twist left)
Straight out (twist right)
Straight out (twist left)

Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)
Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)

Straight down (twist right)
Straight down (twist left)
Straight down (twist right)
Straight down (twist left)

Straight up left (twist left)
Straight up right (twist right)

Straight out left (twist left)
Straight out right (twist right)

Straight down left (twist left)
Straight down right (twist right)

Erect stretches: 10 mins daily

Kegels: Throughout the day, the more the better.

Stay wrapped with the bandage throughout the day, the more you wrap, the better.

The stretches should be done bundled always remember this. I mean the beginner routine and all the length master stretches in general.

Yes i do .. will it be big problem in feature if i keep continue with LM ?? But it’s goes way in a hour or 2 automatically
Keep your sessions to 20 minutes maximum. You can do 2, or 3 sessions per day. Try resting 10 minutes between sets in front of a heating source, and massage your penis. Each set I recommend is max 13 minutes. (3 minutes warmup).

Also try to keep the room temperature at 30 °C / 86°F 🔥, when you stretch.
I believe this will also prevent fluid retention.


No big problem it's just fluid retention. But you want to keep it low/minimum if you can.

Good routine for starting...you can always back off if too much
