Is it better to pump longer time period at a lower pressure or shorter at a higher pressure ?

How many sets ? How much time period between sets. I get the donut if at a higher pressure ?

Lower pressure, longer time. Everyone is different, currently I'm trying a steady 3" hg for 15 minute sets, with 3 or 4 sets at least 3 times a week.

10,

Dude,

How much time between sets ? I mean, are you pushing the pressure to the limit (just enought pressure that you wont get the donut) ? I think that you'd need more time between sets if you pusshed the pressure limit ?

It feels that I dont get a good pump if I dont put the pressure up to 8 minutes (just enough time to "NOT" cause a donut), at 8 minutes I wont get the donut at full pressure (I dont have the gauge).

Feed back appreciated !

I generally stay a good 5 minutes out of the tube after each set, at least. DON'T go over 4 hg. Usually just a little more than is needed to create a seal is all you need (about 3 hg). Get a water pump for $16, I linked to it on the thread about water pumping, check it out.

Maybe I'm a genetic freak, or something, but I pump for 45 min to 1 hour sessions. I really don't get any lymph buildup anymore. I noticed I get long sustained pumps when I reached this time frame. Water pumping is cool, and a good way to pass the time in the jacuzzi, but as for pumping gains, I prefer wrapping the cylinder with a heating pad. I definitely see a HUGE difference when comparing cold pumping to heated. The only downside is you can't see the penis when the cylinder is wrapped. Also, special attention should be applied to accidental over-heating the cylinder, which can become a very uncomfortable environment. As for pressure I usually stay between 5-10 hg.

Did you pump before you ever had surgery, if not, do you think a surgery would change it? I use an electric heating pad when water pumping, also. How do you not get fluid build up with that much pressure at that long of time? Jeez, I went up to 8 hg once for a quick 5 seconds and it felt like my penis was about to explode.

Yes, I pumped long before surgery was a twinkle in my eye. You use an electric heating pad while water pumping? The words electric and water should never be in the same sentence! Be careful man!

If you go to 8hg and you felt like your penis would explode, go to 8 hg 1000 times and it won't feel that way anymore.

I'm not really sure what you mean by:

Guys,

thanks for the info. I just got a new pump with the hand held squeeze with the guage. I pumped to 3 hg and I didnt feel any pump ? I then pumpe it up to 15 hg's and this gave me a real good stretch and pump. But it felt like tooo much pressure so I knocked it down to about 10 hg's and this gave me a good pump for about 8 minutes.

Guess I have to work on starting at 5 hg's and for a longer perid of time and do more sets.

If I do too much time (anything over 8 minutes at approx 10 hg's, I get the donut). Im gonna start at 5 for 10 - 15 minutes and see if I get the donut ? Then take it from there.

When should you know that its time to increase the time, pressure, sets ?

What's wrong with an electric pad and water pumping? I put warm water in the tube, pump up, wrap the outside with the heating pad, that simple. I sit at my "desk" and do shit on the computer or beat off with the pump on.

It seems that at high pressures, which for me is anything 5 and over, my penis tissues won't do any long-term growth, as it shocks my penis too much. Plus, I get bad wood if I go over 5.

About if surgery would make you be able to pump more, I was talking about the girth surgery which I saw you had. Maybe the fat injections or whatever they put in there would help to buffer the extra pressure?

Simply put, electricity and water are hazerdous and can kill you.

Probably does absorb some of the shock. I have pumped that way before surgery though. I probably pumped for a year+ before extending to the 1 hour duration. I do understand how you may go too far too long, and have negative indicators, but I've conditioned past that.

Dermal grafts like these

I don't see how it is a hazard since the water never comes in contact with the heating pad. I do this in air man, it's just there is water on the inside of the tube, with the pad wrapped around the outside. It's just like pumping normally with a pad on the outside, only there is some water on the inside of the tube.

I think he was under the impression you were in a hot tub. At least that was what I thought for a second...

10"adv,

du, what do you mean "water pumping" , I kinda got a little from your explantation from the above post.

do you "fill" the tube with water? Or, just put in half filled ? What is this supposed to do , I mean is it better than just plain pumping ?

Also, do you think that everyone may be different in their time limit of pumping (like I said, I get the donut with anything over 10 minutes, but that is at a higher pressure - probably around 10 hg's)

Any one have any other advice, input , suggestions ? ?:(

thanks for the info guys

I prefer clamping over pumping BY FAR, and it really seems to do the same exact thing without concern with nearly as much fluid build up nor as much hassle.

I like to clamp for 30 minutes to 1 hour and it feels damn good. Longer time has got to be better for everything. That's what it is all about - total time expanded = results. Longer expansions are more likely to produce concrete/sustained gains.

The consensus is overwhelming: lower pressure, longer time.

GM,

But shouldn't you feel that you got a pump from the pumping session. I have tried my "new" pump with the gauge and 3hg's or 5hg's just doesnt cut it for me ? am I wrong ? I know around 8 - 10 hg's, and around 8-10 minutes I will get a donut.

Also, does pumping increase girth or length and should I continue with multiple pumping sessions(sets) if I get a donut from a session (set)?

Thanks again for the info du.

You are supposed to feel a LIGHT suction on the penis, you don't want the internal chambers to feel like they're getting pulled apart. As the Vacutech guy put it, "it should feel like a nice blowjob." I'd get used to not going over 4 hg and see where that takes you after a few months.

I have a few pics of it in my sig. I fill up the tube about 3/8 with warm water and pump. Yes, it is MUCH better than dry pumping. The expansion lasts longer, reduces the donut if you pump at high pressures, evens out the expansion perfectly, and just feels sooooooooo damn good, it's like you're getting a perfect blowjob or banging some good pussy, seriously! When the water sloshes around your penis, all warm and smooth, it feels really good, and the vacuum makes it feel even better since it makes the skin much more sensitive. My orgasms are much harder doing water pumping than with just normal jacking off. I think I cum more too than even sex! But that's probably because I last for about an hour when pumping vs 15 minutes max for sex.

10"Adv,

du, how the hell do you start.

  1. fill with warm water about 3/8 the way up the tube
  2. then pump to a higher pressure ?
  3. What are the higher pressures that can be sustained ?
  4. Will the water get sucked into the hand held squeeze pump ?

When you pump, do you lay on the bed and let the water rest agains the bottom (where you insert your penis into the pump) or do you pump the water to the other end (penis glans end) ?

What are the time periods and pressures that should be followed ?

Thanks du,

10"Adv,

DO I fill the cup that I got with the pump or do I fill the actual penis pump tube with water ? You said in the other thread that it will suck the water out into the cup that I got with the pump ? So how much water will be left to massage my cock ? Like you said "it feels good" and I want to experience it ! 3/8 filled ? meaning 3/8 of the penis tube or the cup that came with the pump?

Thanks again,
