This is where the problem lays so to speak. There's sort of a flip side when comparing hanging vs. manual stretching. The main difference between the two being how much resisitance you can use and for how long. With manual stretching, you can apply more resistance, albeit for MUCH shorter times due to the physical limitations like grip strength. With hanging, you cannot because of how tightly the physical device (hanger) must grip your penis use as much resistance, but you can keep a set level of resistance (although usually much less) for 15-20 minutes or so at a time.
These reasons cited above, are why manual stretchers....the ones who really put their all into it, and stretch as hard as they can gain with less time (although just as much or more effort physically).
Therefor, if you would like to gain from hanging with an hour or less a day of hang time involved, you need to hang as much weight as you physically can per set. This of course will involve more of a learning curve on your part ...finding out what settings you need to use, and carefully moving up in weight, finding your max weight that you can safely use while still hitting fatigue. Also one more fact that BIB, myself and many other guys who have made considerable (considerable being 1.5"+) length gains from hanging almost exclusively, try to preach (preachers are the most ignored people in life) is the FACT that you MUST not only hit fatigue pretty much on a daily basis, but also stay fatigued (not you physically, your penis/ligs) as much as possible. This fatigued state is where the ligs/tissues start to break down and lengthen. They do NOT do so during off time. UNLIKE with bodybuilding. Penis Enlargement is NOT bodybuilding. Your penis is not a muscle. But, the guys who think they know better continue to think like they are in the gym, and they go about their Penis Enlargement in a similar manner, and continue to not make the gains they want to make.
