I've been thinking about this, the swelling from girth work outs. WHen I first started them I hardly got puffiness and swelling. Now I swell up and get light puffiness every session, even after 3 weeks off. I don't mind it at all, but I also want to keep my dick as hard as a rock. I do my girth work outs 2 on 1 off and I stay a little swollen through any off days. It also seems like the light puffiness around my circumcision has become more perminant and comes much much more easily. I just need to remind myself every so often to watch what I am doing, especially now that this is more constant.

So is swelling really a good thing for us if we try to keep it swollen all the time?

How does it effect growth?

Can someone here explain or understands the nature of how this works?

No, I've never pumped before. When I do my girth work outs I go up to 6.5 to 6.75. Hours later Im down to 6. Thing is anymore, the puffiness seems not to go away anymore or it comes right back during the next work out. My dick isn't sore and doesn't hurt, it looks good besides the little bit of unwanted puffiness around the circumcision. I'm thinking of quiting my girth work outs for a month or 2 and start hanging . I just was curious how the swelling and puffiness effects the gains. I was gaining alot before the puffy swollen skin and I do warm up alot. The vitamen K cream is diffenitely helping my color and discoloration Ive gotten over the years. But I still want to know why I get the fluid build up so fast now and why it stays around so long anymore as well as if it is going to prevent good girth gains.

I have not worked for girth yet, but I do wet jelqs for my length routine. With the wet jelqs, there is some swelling, but it's always gone within a few hours.

My opinion on this: provided there is no extreme pain accompanying (sp?) the swelling, then I don't believe you have anything to worry about. It's only logical that some swelling will occur as your entire goal during a girth routine is to produce more pressure within the penile cells than they can withstand, thus causing them to become broken down so that they can recover in an enlarged state.

I never got noticeable swelling until I began using the cable clamp for my girth routine. Since then I've had various amounts of swelling depending on how long I stay in the clamp. My routines have also been much more intense sense adding the clamp to my routine and that intensity is what I attribute the swelling to.

Thanks oopapercutoo, thats exactly what I am talking about. So, the swelling will help or is a sign that gains will come of it? I'm just wondering if I should shorten my girth work outs, if indeed the swelling is holding me back. The swelling stays for a day or 2, most of it is gone in a few hours. Hydromaxmm

I don't see how the swelling could possibly hold back your gains. If anything it will serve to better prepare your skin for future gains, allowing the skin to have some slack and thus not be put under as much duress when growth is attempting to occur.

Cutting back on the length of time you do your girth routine should help keep the swelling to a minimum, but I don't personally see the swelling as a problem.

I seem to have the same problem. After a good girth workout I can stay swelled for 2-3 days (in flaccid state, that is), sometimes a little longer even. It's nice while it last, you have a really nicely hung dick, sometimes up to 8"x5.5" flaccid. I hope to reach that one day, without having to recur to the not normal swelling.
