...that Penis Enlargement is bullshit?

How many of you have put the work in, and put the work in, only to recieve meager changes, or even worse....nothing at all?

I'm no slacker with this shit. I bust my dick every night for an hour or more sometimes. Gains? Yeah, some...but nothing wickedly dramatic.... definitely not what was promised by others. So what gives? Penis Enlargement only works on certain people or what?

Why do you think people have to come up with wacky theories and techniques to explain processes of the body that no one knows anything about? Trying to decide between hot or cold wraps? C'MON! If you think that not using the right temperature wrap is the missing key to growth, you've got other problems.

How many of you honestly believe in this shit? 'Cause I'm on the fence right now.
 
I definitely believe in it. In about 4 and a half months, I have only gained half an inch of girth (just changed my routine this week so hopefully it will help), but I have gained around 2 full inches now in erect length. The reason I say around is because when I started I measured using an envelope and then tearing the side where I was erect. I didn't press down that hard, so it is possible I may have gained more than 2 inches to date or perhaps less if I tore at the wrong spot. Either way it is probably plus or minus 1/4 inch.

According to the envelope I used before I got around to buying a ruler, I started at a pathetic 5-1/4 inches bone pressed and I am now at 7-1/4 inches at 80-90% erect (I would need to rest a full 3 or more days to see how far I can fill that 7-1/2 flaccid stretched length). I never measured girth at the time, but my girth I would guess has increased half an inch because I am 4.5 now and I was probably needledick small at 4 inch girth 4 months ago. The odd thing is that I keep getting more vertical width and not much horizontal width so maybe I need to do some DLD roller pin excercises (-;

Maybe I will post everything I have done since mid-October sometime soon here (got work to do at the moment), but I have learned a few things about what seemed to get me gains and what didn't:

(1) Basically, just like with bodybuilding (depending on who you talk to) how you feel after a workout is really important to the growth process. I don't bother counting reps of jelqs or stretches or any excercise for that matter (I make sure I don't hang or clamp for more than 20 minutes of course), but stop once I feel like my willie has gotten a good workout. With manual excercises I think this is super important because the quality of the stretch depends a lot on your hand, shoulder, and tricep strength (I lift weights so it helps for me). In fact, manual excercises are so tough that I need to make sure I do my lifting before hand, otherwise I find myself only doing about 3-4 reps of a curl as opposed to 7-8 and shoulder excercises like military presses or lateral raises just don't work at all if I have been Penis Enlargement'ing at least 12 hours beforehand.

(2) I have learned a lot here as well as at Thunder's and nobody seems to be in agreement on what the best excercises happen to be. Well, just like with the weightlifting routine I do which focuses on doing as many excercises as I can for every major range of motion so as to get all around muscle strength and not just big for big's sake, with Penis Enlargement I try and do a little of everything and mix it up a lot to keep things interesting. I probably change my excercises a bit every 2 weeks or so, just whatever I am doing I make sure that I do a variety of excercises and not just one or two for length and one or two for girth. Usually, I don't stop until I either run out of time, my arms give out (used to have that problem but don't anymore), or I feel like my willie is nice and sore in a good way.

(3) Especially with girth excercises, you have to feel the stretch internally otherwise I don't think you are really doing anything other than maybe keeping it in shape. RedZulu does some crazy intense excercises that obviously push his penis to the limits and so lately I have been trying to make sure that I do my clamp sessions long enough and with enough intensity that I can feel the tunica stretching from the inside as a result of engorgement. If I don't have some post-workout swelling (not too much of course), then obviously I am not doing much to build up my girth, and in fact I might be promoting a hardening of the tunica which will make future gains more difficult. I have a small improvement over the last week, but I guess after a month or so I will find out if this change in my routine really broke that measly half inch girth plateau I have been stuck on.


This might sound kind of controversial, but I really don't think you can overtrain the tissues of your penis, just that if your PC muscle gets overtaxed it might be hard to sustain the erection you need to do quality girth work. In fact, until I started clamping recently I had hit a girth plateau and really had not felt my dick stretching from the inside as if I was really doing anything. That is not to say your dick does not need time to grow, but if you get enough sleep I think you can do both length and girth pretty aggressively so long as you don't strain your ligaments making them susceptible to injury and you don't overtax your PC muscle. So basically, if you are not making gains, it could be because of heredity but I would wager you just are not working out hard enough to the point you really can feel the tissues of your penis stretch lengthwise as well as internally.

Hey, I am a newbie myself (non-newbs have at least a year under their belt and experts at least 3 years) but I thought I would chime in here to say I am more than happy with my results to date and by this time I only expected to gain around an inch, but for the reasons mentioned above as well as probably heredity and other non-Penis Enlargement related factors, I have managed to grow a full 2 inches. Of course, I may never get another 1/4 inch after this, but most of my gains have been through the tunica so I am optimistic when I get a chance to hang more aggressively and more regularly that I can can get to at least 8 inches (just better make sure I bump my girth up a bit unless I want to have a spaghetti noodle for a penis LMAO).
 
I completely believe in it Godsize. I've gone from 7" BP to 7" NBP with Penis Enlargement. My girth has gone from around 4.8" to where it's currently at 5.3-5.4" in the past couple of months since including the cable clamp into my routine. I definately believe in this, I just don't believe that everyone can gain at the same pace. I myself gain girth at an incredibly slow rate in my opinion. It gets me down to hear new members come in hear and gain .5 inches of girth in their first month...I've been busting my ass for damned near a year, and just saw my first girth gains a few months ago.

Don't give up on yourself, otherwise you're phucked. If you approach this with a negative attitude you really can't expect to receive too much from your exercises. Keep you chin up and keep truckin' along. You'll reach your goals sooner or later, and when you do you'll look back on this post and realize how foolish you were.

im really starting to think that people post those huge gains early on are mismeasuring a bit. They are most likely measuring post workout girth. people who are new at this arent very experienced at measuring the same way everytime. I know this because i mismeasured for so long.
 
gains do not come from simply doing outrageous amounts of work. it comes from stimulating growth and then allowing efficient recovery. you might just be overworking your dick and not allowing time for recovery and gains. if you lifted weights with the same muscle group everyday and ate crap all the time and didnt get any sleep you at night you wont see any gains at all, minimal if anything. and the more i read the more i start to realize that spongy tissue in the cavernosa is very similar to expanding muscle tissue meaning the same theories can be applied with quicker gains.
 
I think godsize, ya need time out ... take a break and take it easy, dont get so into this .... it does work but it takes TIME ... try not to get down over it ...... ya must carry on, look around you .... we are all human here, so weaker than others ..... you wonna sink or swim? I wonna SWIM, ya should have a think ...... this stuff is VERY real .... the MIND plays tricks, yours might be doing so now, like I said take it easy and return or think more positive, look at me ... I was a MESS months ago, still am but no where near as bad, I DRAGGED myself out the dirt here and in real life .... my reputation took a tratting, but am back stronger and better than ever PLUS I am seeing gains never like before, my girth....well, its better.

I can see where ya coming from, but PLEASE dont get angry/upset over it .... you will grow, take a leaf out of my book ... I NEVER work my ass off in pe, I dont belive in it, even though guys like DLD swair by it ... genetics play a part their .... I myself LOVE and GAIN from 30/45 minute INTENSE sessions say 3/2 times every week .... THATS ALL.

All this 8 hours aday stuff some say is madness IMHO and will kill ya sausage, its like bodybuilding , ya grow out it not in it ..... look at Playa7 , his abs .... the sixpack is AMAZING.....he does this 2/3 times a week and NO MORE ineach set he doesnt do loads, but quality and intensity ... he gains.

Try the same attitude in pe, you WILL gain.

I aint getting at you, just trying to MOTIVATE ya ..... best of luck.

Godsize, maybe a change in the routine would be best. I think not only a change in the intensity but also in which exercises you're doing. The best way to grow a stubborn muscle in bodybuilding is by attacking it from a different angle, so to speak. Your penis gets used to what you're doing and you hit a plateau. So I would say change what you're doing. I only do about 30 minutes a day now, and some days nothing, but I'm gaining because I just changed my routine big time. Give it a shot. You'll gain, man.
