It doesn't hurt or anything and my ejaculations are good.
Thanks guys

I get those, but they only appear when flaccid. It also depends on my flaccid state. When I'm @ my max flaccid, they don't appear. Like jordey said, are they also appearing when erect/engorged?

Yeah, it's the same when erect.

You just want it to look better aesthetically?

You might try applying a topical agent like coconut oil. I'm not certain this would work. I would even learn towards it not working, but I have no idea why they're like that.

It might just be your penis reacting to the PE that you're doing. They could go away, but I can't say for sure on that.

Are these are there permanently or do they fade after some time off?

You know what. You might try getting an erection, then doing a clamp w/ your fingers just under the head. Just to see if they're still appearing when you're engorged past your normal head girth.

They are there permanently. Long before I started PE. As I said, it's always just looked bad, no side effects, but aesthetic..

Probably not much you can do then if they've been there that long. Maybe some topical agents might help. Something w/ hyaluronic acid might help plump the lines. Not 100% sure in that area though.

I wonder if head expansion exercises would help clear this up? The exercise is simple to do, simply kegel as much blood into your erection then work all that blood up to the head and hold this expansion for 30 seconds per rep. Do like 10-15 reps per workout.

I have these too when flaccid they dont bother me though
But when erect they shouldnt be there cause the wrinkles expand

In most cases but in his case no, they remain when he is erect.

This is how your head always looks? Looks just like fluid retention though I know it not

I have the same thing. They are less apparent while erect, but still there. We just got wrinkled penises.
