So I wa?s thinking about the whole internal penis thing and came to the conclusion that even if you were to pull your inner penis out, your total erect length is still restricted (mostly) by the length of your ligs right?

I guess pulling inner penis would be on the same level as errect stretching (and Bathmate pulls), which when you think about it, is just pulling your internal penis out due to the rigidity yes?

So to sum it up, pulling your inner penis out bridges the difference between bone pressed flacid stretched length and bone pressed erect length. So yes, it does increase your erect length, but only up to the maximum length that your ligaments will allow...

Therefore, hitting the ligs should always be priority number one when going for length.

Hitting the ligs, inner penis, and the tunica are key. They're the essential for growing. You should focus on all of them so that you're able to grow consistently and not have to focus on one then the other.
 
Yeah of course they all play together. I'm talking about ligs mostly being the final limiter to length.

For example, you can try and express as much of your inner penis as possible but your erect length is still limited by the ligament length. No?

This is very much true. But I don't know the limits of the ligaments themselves and how much more they can stretch out to be. This is something we must constantly hit though.
 
I think the limiting factor can change as you make length gains. For 99.999% of people the first thing holding your penis back is the ligs. Stretching the ligs allows more "inner penis" to come out, but after a certain point, and who the hell knows where that point is, your body can't bring out anymore inner penis until something grows.

Ligaments really have no limit but how much time you can get in before you croak! When we stretch Behind the Cheeks the Ligaments will continue to lengthen.

DLD, do you mind explain a little more in depth about the ligament gains? How they will affect the penis overall, how they will transform your penis and how they are supposed to work during sexual activity? :)
It seems like i never understand it correctly. Does ligament hinder erection angle? I think i remember you said they doesn't.

Possibly.

Possibly a stretching of the ischiocavernosus muscle, or the tissues of the crus of the penis, which form the "root" of the internal penis. Possibly stretching the fundiform ligament, rather than the suspensory ligament that is always talked about.

I'm really not sure :)

No limit huh? So for those who think of the 3 parts of the penis to work on, could you summarize some examples of exercises that hit the ligaments only, the tunica only, and the inner penis only, and then address one that possibly does all of them? I've read SRT but you could summarize this up with just these ideas.

I think these 3 exercises will do wonders.

Tunica Tugs ( Tunica )
__________ Stretch ( Internal )
Basic directional stretching + BTC. (Ligaments)

Some say bundled stretches, but i have managed to get length without any bundles like a walk in the park ;)

I managed to gain with directional stretches in the beginning, some was EQ too i guess. And when the gains slowed down i added Tunica Tugs & Internal Stretches, and holy the gains exploaded to the point i was thinking i gained length
too fast compared to girth gains, so i slowed it down and stopped to focus on girth more. Also my gains were so fast the skin couldn't keep up so i got skin displacements that you often hear me worry about.

I think if you do tunica tugs, after a while you can feel that your penis feels more flabby, it feels like threads inside your penis being exhausted, and your penis feels overall very loose compared to usual.
