I started a week ago and started pretty strong. I did Penis Enlargement earlier this year and made some minor girth gains but then quit about 2 weeks in for personal reasonsl. After the first week, I noticed that when I begin my session, I can not maintain an erection very long to do the length exercises. I wonder if its because I started so strong. Maybe its my dick telling me that I need more time to heal. I dont feel sore, but I just began too agreessive. Should I rest a few more days?

In the morning and other times of the day I get normal rock hard erections. So I wonder if my theory is correct.

Any suggestions?
 
I have started 2 weeks ago working every other day... And I am currently trying to get serious girth gains. I guess one day on one off with less intensity should do it as you are a beginner, once again :)

betterman, Welcome to the forums! I am glad you picked up Penis Enlargement once again. I am having trouble understanding your question particularly this part. Could you clarify a bit so I can give you a good answer.
 
I started Penis Enlargement up again a little over a week ago, but I began as if I had been on an agressive advanced program. Jelq with squeezing extra hard... and being very aggressive. The last couple of sessions I was not maintaining an erection for very long. So I was thinking that my dick was telling me to hold off a few more days before you exercise me again.

It is very important to start with a Penis Enlargement program that is fairly basic to build a solid foundation. For many men the thought of more is better is attractive but it is not always the best thing to do in Penis Enlargement. I think a beginners program should include basic stretching, simple jelqing, PC work. I also believe in daily workouts. Only after a minimum of 6 weeks do I suggest more advanced moves. There is no rush and the last thing you want to do is injure yourself. The erection problems may be just a temporary over exertion problem should clear up with a scaled back routine.
 
Thanks - that is what I was thinking, because in the morning and through out the day, I have great erections, so I know that is not the problem. I scale back and see what happens. Its good to report that after just over a week, my penis hangs lower in a flaccid state and this morning in the shower, my erection appeared a bit fuller.

I don't think you need an erection for most length exercises. I think they should be done flaccid. I wouldn't worry unless you can't keep an erection when you're having sex, or masturbating.

I'm responding because your last post reminded me how very impressed I was with my flaccid increases when I was a newbie. :D

This might be as a result of fatigue. probably your penis wasn't conditioned well enough.

But with fatigue comes the opportunity to stretch your penis with no resistance from the Pelvic Floor Muscles, so there is a silver lining to fatigue.
