okay so im still living at home (hopefully moving out later this year) but im finding it very difficult to keep up with my workouts due to a severe lack of privacy (someone is ALWAYS in) and alot of family stress. i also havent found exercises i really like so keep changing up my routine. im very busy aswell (by that i mean not in the house for alot of the day) so this makes it difficult wearing the extender for any decent amount of time as i cant wear it outside of the house as its so obvious in my trousers. fitting in girth isnt too difficult because for girth i can just do a workout then put a cockring on. length is a little trickier though. could anyone recommend me some good exercises for both girth and length that are very intense but dont require tonnes of time or any equipment i dont already have (i only have extender and Bathmate)? thanks
 
Length is always supplemented best with Extender use. So, major efforts put in towards active growth will be more quickly manifested and healed when the Extender is used aside manual or other length efforts. If the SizeGenetics is not working for you for the reasons you have explained I would suggest getting in as many mini-sets of manual stretching throughout the entire day. Perhaps something along the lines of stretching for 5 minutes every 2 hours and strapping yourself down, using Uncle Jims Wrap....this will help heal the gains you are making. I also suggest, since you have a Bathmate, to take advantage of Hardcore Stretching, a way of accessing even more length from areas mostly not claimed.

if im doing length at night i do usually sleep with a light ujw.

as for the extender, its not that i dont like using it, its that when i have it near maximum i have to put my dick down one leg with most trousers and the outline is so obvious. as for the Bathmate stretches, i have actually tried these, but it always feels like the tubes at the base of my dick/ balls are getting sucked up and its fairly painful, which is a shame, as i only managed to do it once without pain and it felt really good.

i cant do 5 minutes stretching every 2 hours either due to being in college for 5 hours out of the day, the gym for just over an hour and probs a total of 2-3 hours travelling to said places.

im starting to think working length is going to be veryyy hard indeed! what should i be doing for quick girth? i really want to pack on the size quickly as ive been doing this for months with no results and ive got something planned with a girl in just over a month!
 
Go to the bathroom & lock yourself in a stall for 5 minutes every couple hours. Do 5 min. Of DLD Blasters , couple hrs later do 5 min of tension stretches, couple hrs later do 1 set newbie stretches. Where there's a will there's a way.
 
Damn! In the exact SAME situation! It's kinda annoying having everyone knocking at the door saying " Get outa there finally, what'ya doin there?????!!!!???" Its suck stoppping everu 100 jelqs for someone to go to the toilet LMAO. Why don't you wear more loose and longer pants, so that your SizeGenetics (if you decide to get one) doesn't pop out?

Remember! They can wait! When that door is locked learn to phase all sound out and focus to the point that a knock on the door would not even effect you. I have many things I do that need to be done in the time and manner they require. Lets say I am in prayer and someone knocks on my door, I acknowledge the knock, say, "can you give me 5 minutes" and phase it out. I will complete to the closest available point to pause and take note of where I left off when the situation arrises. Sometimes it becomes difficult to remain in a strict schedule so having other options available is always bright and smart.
 
Well, since they are so damn persistent, from today on I started doing my Penis Enlargement routine at 5-6 AM. Everyone usually gets up at around 7-8. It kinda interferes with my sleep, but if I want my gains I have no time for excuses!
 
Just like greeting up early to work out you gotta make time to do it. I work and go to school full time plus gym and being a father so believe me i know the feeling . Its simple if you want it you will find time

Damn man! I admire you, you are a source of inspiration and a proof to all that if one wants something he can achieve it no matter how busy he is. You just broke the " I was busy to do Penis Enlargement" excuse, damn! And yes, I completely agree with what you said. :)
 
I have fell of many times bro. Still do from time to time . I normally do

Waking up: regular stretches takes 15-20 min . So just waking up 30 min earlier you can knock them out
After working out : 1 set of stretches 5 min tops
During work and school : bathroom breaks spins and stop and start piss to work pe
After family time putting my daughter to sleep and home work i do
10 min pump
5 min jelq
10 min pump
5 min jelq

I'm getting in a lot of work but making it work with my life.

To me Pe has to be a part of your life not a speed though type of thing it doesn't have to consume your life but you have to give it enough time

This is one of the many reasons why we have the length master. That's the device you need for length if you know that you don't have enough time for wearing an extender. Focus on length for now. You should be able to do two length master sessions daily.
