Morning
15 minute bathmate session
6 30 minute bundled stretch in vac extender with leg strap (with as much tension as possible without actual pain)

Afternoon
Several hours of mild tension in vac extender mostly intended on being passive time.

Evening
15 minutes bathmate
Half hour break
5 sets of 20 jelqs with a cock ring at ponr, 2 sets 20 jelqs with no ring
Repeat 3 more times
Half hour break if needed
4 sets of straight cock ring edging at a maximum of 20 minutes, typically going 20, 15, 15, 10, as tingling begins earlier each time. Following each set with 5 to 10 minutes regular edging to recirculate and rest up.
Throw on a loose fitting ring overnight.

Rinse and repeat Monday through Friday. Rest days on weekend include 2 bathmate sessions and light tension ads.

So that's 5 on 2 off and a blitzkrieg of a routine. Any thoughts or statements on how I need to get out more will be met with some degree of enthusiasm.
 
This routine should yield some gains at least for a little while, maybe your first few months. Make sure you pay close attention to what your penis is telling you. My only concern is that you may be fighting an uphill battle against blisters if you're not careful depending on the amount of tension you use with the vac extender. More tension=more vac inside, and that increases your chances of blistering no matter the device, no matter what you try to do to your glans to prevent it. This is also the main fallback of vac hangers.
 
that is an intense routine. in the evening where you say, "repeat 3 more times", are you going to repeat the bathmate 3x or just the jelqs with cock ring? be careful of fluid retention either way

Just the jelqing part. Bathmate is a bit too severe for me to repeat that often.

agreed. just wanted to make sure. routine looks good. just take your time and be consistent and you should see gains from it

I hope so, really seems to be much bigger every time I finish the workout. Length and girth wise. Finishing up the first week today. Will probably measure monthly.
 
Looks to be a very good routine covering a lot of territory. With any new routine there is usually going to be decent gains in the beginning but as time goes on you may need to tweak things in intensity or exercise/tool use to keep gains coming. I would say rock this routine for 3 months and check gains, if things look good you can continue until you reach a plateau at which point you will turn up the intensity or exercise choice. Jelqing may be the first place you see need for improvement so if this happen I would suggest the SlowSquashJelq as this really is a powerful exercise that is pretty limitless in it's gains.

I really haven't noticed as good of a pump with ssj the few times I tried it. But I figure I will do this up for 3 months and see where I'm at. Then probably go on a cementing routine for a bit. If I want more after that I will probably go for broke in making another rigorous routine more focused on whatever I don't have by then. 1.25 inches in length to go until 9… so probably that.

1.25" is very possible it will just take keeping your focus clear and ramping up the intensity consistently. 9" is a very admirable size, an inch bigger than most men desire.
 
It's a pie in the sky kind of goal. It is just because I'm a bit hefty and fairly tall at 6 ft. It looks like what average looks like on a lot of smaller guys. I just want it to look imposing.

Yup, when I get hefty, which I am now, I do not look that impressive without pulling back my fat pad. I gotta lose this weight it just seems like so much work this year...I can't wait for a wave of inspiration!

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I spend months every year losing what I put on from my yearly slouch mode. I get all the way to almost sexy and piss it away because I have no motivation.

I blame the weather and stupid days that are dark more than light.
 
Better yet you could start selling some fat pad reducing underwear. I've noticed just with regular boxers leaving them on and just letting him poke out makes it look bigger. Actually using something that hides the fat pad a bit could be a pretty sweet trick for those less than chance encounters.

I put on all my weight in the warmer months and usually lose it all once the cold arrives. Still have not budged this year so I am waiting for the miracle to happen.

I just started doing press up yesterday and today. Will add other exercises as I progress further. I don't need to go to the gym to lose the fat pad.

It's all about the food intake. Exercise can help.
