Injury with Uli's???

Maybe im doin them too hard, or need to approach it differently. I have been doin uli's hard and seemed to have burst 2 veins. I saw and FELT 2 huge bruises right on veins a few days ago from uli's. All the bruising and pain went away completly in 2 days, but i was wonderin if thats what i really did, bust a vein.

My technique is, correct me if im wrong
Get 90% erect
Grab at extreme base, kegel as much blood in as i can, and clamp at bottom with hand and hold.
Grab and squeeze head and force that blood into the shaft (i can see it expands tremendously) and hold there. Sometimes i move my hands closer togeather to get a bigger squeeze. Sometimes i just grip below the head instead of on the head, which also gets the head really pumped up.

It does not sound like a busted vein it sounds more like basic bruising. When you are doing girth exercises like the uli, bends, horses, etc you are combining two components...blood and pressure. Whenever these two components mix the chance of bruising is very high.

It sounds like you are right on track. If you are experiencing pain let your self rest a couple days and approach the exercise more delicately when you restart. Sometimes finding a good balance in Penis Enlargement is time consuming but it is well worth the investment.

How long you been at Penis Enlargement? For what it's worth, no one without a good 3-4 months solid jelqing under their belt should be doing ULIs or other extreme moves. Sure fire way to pop your dick like a pimple...
