That could be nervousness keeping you turtled I know whenever I'm on edge there's no chance I can ever get good expansion/flaccid hang. Also that you quit doing your routine for a few days contributes to loosing your buzz, but its ok bra just get back on the horse

Its definitely not nervousness man, I'm kinda understand my penis from the few months of Pe I've been doing honestly I'm not so much worried as I know most injuries will get better like DLD says. I am not sure why my penis at the very top is starting to bend left? Look at the picture below it was actually curving a lot worse before i took it but had time to snap this shot.

Many men will have a natural curve to the way their penis hangs in flaccid state. This arch can be dealt with in a few ways. Always wear your Phallosan or SizeGenetics as much as possible, this will greatly help with getting things straighter. You can also set your SizeGenetics to be shorter on one arm than the other, this will help big time. I also suggest DLD Bends against the curved size to cause balance. Be sure to use even and balanced exercise, tool work or masturbation. Favoring one side in any of these things can cause an uneven look.

Hey Dld Im not so worried about the hanging to the left, as I am wondering what is causing my penis to curve left. It never did that before i started seeing a lump on my top left side of my penis. Any thoughts? Thanks for answering
 
Now that yo mention it there was a time when my cak would do something similar to that, but I guess the training just evened it back up. Are you sure you aren't doing all the exercise to one side only? E.g. jelqs with only right hand, bundles only to one direction
 
I mainly stretch with my right hand but thats about it dude, Not sure thats quite it because i had pain up on the top of the shaft and then i started noticing swelling and my penis has definitely had some bad quality changes to it.

When I started I used to do everything with my right hand, and it shows when your wrist is all achy. You should definitely train yourself to use both hands so there isn't any discrepancies which can lead to unneeded strain on your penuis. Take it easy as you train your left hand so you don't jerk it around too much, and in time you'll be using both like nothing
 
That sounds good, but still not sure how long if I need to take off from stretching? I already am taking off from masturbation and jelqing since that seems to make it worse.
 
Use some aspirin if its safe for you, and the heat method to help it get some circulation. This will help take away your injury, but as far as I know you can still stretch only make sure your grip isn't aggravating the spot

I would go with uneven exercise as the culprit. Are you favoring one side or the other? Are you doing Bundles? And if so, are you twisting equally left and right? In masturbation are you preferring an angle that may be counter productive? These are some of the possible reasons. I would advise you to go through the therapy of the Thrombosis Treatment, it won't hurt anything and if it is the beginning of thrombosis you will catch it early.
 
Hey guys, I am back. Its been 2 years, this injury has developed into peyronies disease. I have lost about 1 1/2 inches but i have less pain now. I wanted to start a thread everyday to do something till I'm healed and better. Maybe you guys can help me come up with a plan. I can tell you details of how it gets bothered what hurts it ect. But I'm excited to get back on the journey of gaining my length back and my penis health. Need some help with figuring out how to start a thread again.

I just read this thread for the first time, im sorry to hear about the injury and it developing into peyronies. I would be interested to hear your story with how this developed, the signs that grabbed your attention feeling etc. I think it would help others as well as myself to know what to watch for as injurys can happen to anyone.
Its good to hear that this didn't discourage you from PE and that your wanting to get back on the bandwagon, i know there are many posts on here that will help you gain not only that inch and a half but more. Looking forward to seeing more of your posts.

Thank you brother, I will definitely do this. I want to help inform people about my journey and also push myself on as i Believe that i will be healed and recover what was lost. I want to be able to have sex with my wife one day and it be pleasurable for her and not discomforting for me. This is my end goal. When i got into P.E it was for the wrong reasons and i got into ���� as well, i made it an obsession and i think it was my downfall.

Need to learn how to start a thread again though, its been awhile for me on here, and cannot seem to find it.

If your looking to re familiarize yourself on here i would recommend reading the SRT thread although with what your dealing with i would either avoid girth exercises or start very lightly to see how it effects you. Is that what you were looking for?

You are more than capable of recovering from your injury i honestly believe that, it will take work it will take dedication and most importantly it will take your mind, as you open it up to the many people who have gotten us this far your going to do more than heal your going to improve both mentally and physically.

Im mainly trying to see where i can start a new thread. So i can post my progress of hopefully recovering. But i have definitely read the SRT in the past. Thank you brother.
