still grinding-away with my BM routine...wanna hit 8.50" bpel by June so there's no time to relax

Everyone seems to be getting it! I picked u another one and I am sick once again. This flu shot need to be dealt with. I means all the advancements in modern medicine there should be no reason for this. Shit, the last disease cures was polio!
