Hey guys, so i am currently doing a Jelqing and stretching routine. I have noticed that my bottom of my glands get irritated when i touch them like a slight pain sensation (more of the feeling like something rough is rubbing up against them) i can also feel it in my top part of my shaft right below the glans if i massage deeply in there (I can feel as if i slightly irritated the being running through their to my glans). Maybe i did something to the being running to my glans to make me feel the discomfort/ irritated feeling. Maybe its messing with the nerves? Im sure Dld has the answer so am looking forward to hearing what you have to say. Im not going to freak out because this is something I'm sure can be cured like most things people encounter while doing PE. Little bump in the road but thats ok :0 Also I'm not quite sure when this occurred but i know i have never had this problem before Pe.

have you been jelquin intensely,maybe thats the reason i have been using the LM for almost 3 months n the side of my penis gets a lil burned,the skin gets irritated due to friction,but im almost sure that you can continue.
 
No i really have taken everything really easy so I'm not quite sure whats going on. Its definitely not burned or irritated skin it feels as though something much deeper in the tissue. I wonder what dld thinks of this.
 
gettin injured doing PE is not that simple....maybe a good advice would be take a couple of days off n strat again just to see how the penis reacts.
 
You just probably irritated you glans by stretching, when you face an injury it a lot more different, you EQ drops by 70%, shaft hurts in sharp pain motion, another indicator of an injury is big red spot(s) also on shaft, which means you have burst your cells etc etc, not to worry it will pass away in two or three days, try and make sure you do GOOD WARM UP before any work, and especially WARM DOWNS, it will aid your penis that have been under stress from exercising..
 
yeah maybe around the glans there is this burning sensation after finishing a session.But those red spots n the sharp pain along the shaft are things no body wants to deal whit ever:p
 
I get a little pain on my upper shaft its slight :O but maybe i should take some days off like you said

You are talking about the urethra the tube that takes pee, and sperms out of the cock. I irritate it sometimes, but its not a big deal because it heals quickly considering you have been taking it easy. There's different kind of pains with pe, but if its a soft/dull pain don't worry about it. Pain that you need to worry about its the kind that makes you yelp. Try not to pick at your cock that much just use massages as you need them.

Thanks TempInite, that actually really helps to know this information. It actually makes sense, because its just a soft/dull pain nothing too bad :) thankfully. Should i rest or just stretch and not jelq? Thanks for responding and the useful information.

You can do your routine normally if you don't feel any kind of pain, buy if you do a jelq/stretch which causes pain you're prone to inflame it more. Check first with stretches to see if you can do pain free training, and maybe you can even throw in some jelqs if everything feels normal

Great advice men! Sometimes something as simple and hidden as a brush burn can cause this. There are many feelings that will happen at the expense of different exercises, routine or tools but with due diligence mastery occurs. But, it is always best to come to the Brotherhood with any possible injury so we can help you through it. The penis is extremely resilient and very difficult to injure in any permanent way. Most PE injuries last 12-24 hours. The only injury that lasts longer in Thrombosis, which is rare in normal PE (usually a clamping issue), but even in this case the injury will clear up within 3 weeks.

Hey guys, after my jelqs and masturbation i started seeing this distention on the top left side of my shaft. Since then i have felt mild irritation and soreness and have felt it when i get an erection. I have taken time off of PE like 4-5 days but I have noticed my penis is hard and not the wonderful jelly like state. I assume the penis is reacting to this issue. It seems the penis has a hard time filling with blood and you can see a slight indention right underneath the swelling. The swelling has gone down but I'm just hoping it does not create plaque ( not sure if I'm going to far to say this). I would also like to add that my penis has been sometimes curving to the left in not hanging ( ill post a pic as well of this). You can also see a bump on my right side mid shaft and I'm not quite sure what that is. I hope someone knows the issue and can help, my flaccid size is down and is usually a lot bigger.

Oh nah man this is probably just a minor kink, and will go away with heat, or massage maybe even go on its own. Just make sure you don't have real pain that keeps you from jelqing when you do go back. After you gain more experience you might see this was more to do with nervousness than actual trauma, and little things will not bother you then

Thanks for the reply, What do you suppose is contributing to my hard flaccid? I had amazing flaccid hangs a 2 weeks ago and was always in a jelly like state, now the tunica is harder and i always have a shorter harder flaccid. What could then be the cause of it, and how do you loosen the tunica up other than bundles, heat and massages? Should i just stop jelqing for the time being and do my newbie stretches?
