Hooya,

I've seen someone post something similiar somewhere but I started thinking today when I was doing my girth session after a week long break, It only took me 10min after my dick was all swollen up and 0.5-1cm bigger than usual. Before I took a break it took me about 30-45min before anything happened.

So what I'm saying is maybe have cycles? Like you do in HST, Anyone who does or knows what HST is can help me out with the explanation since I'm no good at this. Yes, so.. Cycles. Something like.. start with 10min girth for 2-3 days then up it to 15-20min and do this for say.. 6 weeks and then take some time off.. maybe 1-2 weeks? And then start over, You can probably start at a higher pace after a few cycles.

I know HST is a strength-training program and i'm well aware of that a penis is not a muslce but this is just a thought so don't kill me ;)

I've also pondered these same ideas, and even though muscular hypertrophy and penile enlargement are two completely different things they still share a lot of common ground, from which we can incorporate new ideas and theories.

Especially if you've done Penis Enlargement for years, it might be a good way to jumpstart your gains again. And who knows, maybe a strategic deconditioning period in Penis Enlargementing would serve the same purpose as it does in bodybuilding: making the tissue less resistant to straining and more prone to growth, at least for a while.

yup, true. We should be able to get something out of this. I did only 10-15min girth today as I posted and damn, my dick has never been this engorged after 3-4 hours after my workout, and I only did 10-15min. I'm gonna do some experimenting on this, slowly increasing girth sessions and having "pauses". also when you have a Pause or Strategic Deconditioning (SD ) you're willy gets time to heal and as we all know if you have Penis Enlargement'd hard and intense for several months and take a break you will be hanging somewhat lower (at least I did). And then when you're healed after maybe a week you take some more time off and then hit your girth and it will blow up :)

I just saw something about this on another forum. I think it was WaxN. Seems like a wonderful idea, I can't wait to see how it pans out. And Hangh, that is like the neatest avatar I have seen in, well, a long time! Thanks for the ideas and the great laugh.

Man, now you got me into a creative state of mind, too! :D
I gotta start developing and testing out a theory of my own... maybe we can merge them together to create the ultimate Penile HST cycle!!

I've seen it debated over many times over the last few years. From my personal experience this seems to have merit. Case in point, last year I had a 3 month window which allowed me to hang an average totall daily time of 4 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. I had not done any hanging for over a year before that. I grew 3/4" in that three month time frame. Now, whether the long break had anything to do with the big gains ....or, if it was more due to all the hanging I was able to do....I beleive it is the latter....the idea still seems to have merit. Tissues naturally over time, build up a resistance to repeated applied stress.

So is this theory going to mirror the HST principles or just the strategic deconditioning phase? It might be interesting to try for that buildup of intensity and varying techiques (rather than rep ranges as it is in the original) to further increase variety... Question is how that would be done...

I'm thinking that cycling intensity is a good thing and that it should apply to both girth and length work so here's my thoughts:

Use the two-week intensity cycling of HST. Basically start out with a basic jelq and work up in intensity (keeping duration the same, say, 10-20 min) over the course of two weeks. Then add another girth exercise on top of that. Maybe a ULI or reverse jeqls, your choice.

Same thing for streches, start out wiht something simple like a straight-down stretch and really work up to a monster pull. Then add another stretch after two weeks, maybe the A-stretch . By the time you get to the strategic deconditioning week you'll be doing 3-4 exercises for roughly 90 min or so (if this can be fit into anyone's schedule). Then for the strategic deconditioning one would only do light jelqing for 10 min every other day...

Sounds like the EXACT same thing I was thinking of, ebon00.
You'd start off with a week or two of rest, during which you'd only do kegels and hot massages. Then, like you suggested, you would start off with the basics: jelqing and schlonging, slowly working up the intensity and adding more intense exercises in the later blocks. Something like 5 on 2 off would probably be the best routine split, since the 2 off days would serve as a kind of mini SD (strategic deconditioning) period, priming your dick to soak up the punisHydromaxent of the second, more intense week.

Here's another concept of HST that could be incorporated into Penile HST: the cumulative increase in the time of each individual jelq, meaning that you'd start off with quick jelqs at softer erection levels, slowly increasing both the time of each individual jelq and the erection hardness.
It would be something like this:

You would start off with 2 weeks of 2 sec jelqs with a soft/moderate erection level, then go for 2 weeks of 3 sec jelqs with a moderate erection, followed by 2 weeks of 4 sec jelqs with a moderate/hard erection, and finally, doing all your jelqing veeeeryy sloooowly with a 80-90% hard-on.

And, like you suggested, the final SD period would consist of light jelqing only, and maybe a few quick tugs whenever hitting the john.

This might be something worth developing further... :bottumsup

We need some guinea pigs to test this out! I'm already kind of testing, since I've just completed my first two weeks back after a three week break over christmas. I'll let you know on Monday :)
