I noticed on the videos while you are stretching in the Phase I program

you use your free hand to kind of... I don't know how to explain it but it looks like you are stabilizing your penis somehow

best to use 2 hands like that?

Phase 1 so it would be a normal stretch .
I personally dont use the second hand at all. I dont see what you would have to stabilise as such.

if you watch the video it's really obvious what I'm talking about

he uses his other hand to almost like, hold the base down while he pulls on the head with his other hand
I had never seen that before in other videos from other sites (although I haven't tried this in years and this is the first time I've actually believed it will work) so I was wondering about that :)

I don't think the second hand serves a purpose. Maybe is just used for stability?

Is it not just to control the skin better and more for the viewer (us) to see the penis being stretched? I dont think he means for us to do it ourselves...

Yeah...I know what you mean about the second hand. I'd let DLD explain why he does it and what the use is.

But I have been using the second hand when I stretch . I kinda use it to feel the base and really feel the stretch when I am pulling. It helps me establish the mind-body link and I can feel the lig getting stretched. Try stretching while doing it and see if it works for you...

I like doing it that way (with the second hand at the base) as it allows me to get a better jelq. Otherwise as i jelq, the skin gets pulled forward. I'm also concerned with getting turkey neck.

yeah and turkey neck looks sorta sick to me. in some case the nut sack skin stretches at an angle to mid shaft.

ok now I get it, I have seen that before in pornos it is gross

yea im making my ballstretcher righhhht now, with a paper towel roll a hose clamp, and lots of electrical tape, its gonna be ghetto! but yea i never watched the video but when i just do like 10 second stretches sporadically all day long i pull out with my right hand, and push down a little with my left hand, i think this is kind of like a variation of the v stretch , bc if u think about it ur ligs are attached deep in ur pevic area behind ur nuts so if u press down while pulling out hard, ur hittin the ligs harder and still stretching the actual shaft, but im sure someone else could explain it better. i can feel a better stretch this way. sometimes i use my other hand to grip around my balls and i pull down, and it really stretches that skin on the underside of ur shaft that otherwise wouldnt be stretched, contributing to a turkey neck.
