he uses his other hand to almost like, hold the base down while he pulls on the head with his other hand I had never seen that before in other videos from other sites (although I haven't tried this in years and this is the first time I've actually believed it will work) so I was wondering about that
Yeah...I know what you mean about the second hand. I'd let DLD explain why he does it and what the use is.
But I have been using the second hand when I stretch . I kinda use it to feel the base and really feel the stretch when I am pulling. It helps me establish the mind-body link and I can feel the lig getting stretched. Try stretching while doing it and see if it works for you...
yea im making my ballstretcher righhhht now, with a paper towel roll a hose clamp, and lots of electrical tape, its gonna be ghetto! but yea i never watched the video but when i just do like 10 second stretches sporadically all day long i pull out with my right hand, and push down a little with my left hand, i think this is kind of like a variation of the v stretch , bc if u think about it ur ligs are attached deep in ur pevic area behind ur nuts so if u press down while pulling out hard, ur hittin the ligs harder and still stretching the actual shaft, but im sure someone else could explain it better. i can feel a better stretch this way. sometimes i use my other hand to grip around my balls and i pull down, and it really stretches that skin on the underside of ur shaft that otherwise wouldnt be stretched, contributing to a turkey neck.
