you may have seen me in and out of the MoS forums, and ive been working on Penis Enlargement for a long time now. But for a period of about three months ive really had trouble maintaining the phyiscal shape if had for awhile. My stats right now are:
age: 20
height: 5' 8.5"
weight: 163 lbs.
body fat: 12.2%

I really dont care about weight but what i really want is some tips, or even a diet regiment you guys know of. My ultimate goal is to get my body fat content down to 5%-7%. I take no drugs or medications for it (dont believe in those dumb weight loss pills). I was planning on going for a low carb, high protein diet. What are some foods I can eat under this category? How much (portion wise) can I eat?

Well 5 % is what natural body builders go on stage at, so I think that may be leaner than you would think. If you are at 12 now, I think shooting for a true 8-9 % you would be pretty cut.

If you want to get leaner without sacrificing muscle, diet slowly.

For instance:

You weigh 163. 163 X 12 = 1956 calories. This is approx. what you need to maintain your current weight. First week, cut 150-200 calories off that. Second week cut 350 calories off. Third week 450. Then eat at 1956 again to boost metabolism. You will lose bodyfat this way especially if you are lifting weights.

Try to get at least 163 grams of protein a day. I like chicken, cottage cheese, whey protein shakes, beef, and milk.

Cut out simple sugars but get good carbs like veggies, brown rice, sweet potatoes.

I've lost about 2 lbs of fat in the last 3 days. I've switched my diet bigtime from what it was. Here it is:

Breakfast: load up on whole fruit and fresh fruit juice, eat until you're full. This digests very easily, so it immediately goes to work supplying your body with energy. But also since it digests quickly, you get hungry sooner. Snack on some fruit as you get hungry until lunch time.

Lunch: can be any animal source protein (fish, chicken, eggs, liver, etc) and also some sort of vegetable (right now it's raw spinach for me), or like today I had a protein shake which you can make with milk, 2 or 3 eggs, and a teaspoon of raw honey. Add some berries or bananas or other fruit if you like, put it in a blender, and drink. It's really good, even without the fruit!

If you get hungry before dinner, eat some fruit!

Dinner: larger version of lunch. Tonight I had a big fresh salmon filet, raw spinach, wholegrain bread (ezekiel bread), and water. Later tonight I'll have some more fruit, and maybe another of those protein shakes. Before bedtime is vegetable juice.

The diet stresses the importance of not eating processed foods at all! Only if you have no other choice! Of course, things like milk are hard to find raw, and in most states it's illegal to sell in stores, so that can slide. Whole organic fruit is expensive in the supermarket, but luckily for me there's a fresh produce market downtown every Friday and the fruit is really cheap, (like $1 for 8 oranges, etc). Most places you can find something similar nearby.

These are the supplements recommended by the diet. Cod liver oil once per day, Calcium Magnesium supp with each meal, plenty of Vit C if you don't eat much citrus, Vit E, and dessicated liver tablets.

Also, part of the program is running 3 times a week, working up to 5-6 times and 45 min to an hour each time, with a long 90 minute run every once and a while. And also 3 times per week you workout HARD. Bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, whatever you do, but push yourself hard. Dips and chinups are highly recommended (with a weight belt later on), and also ab work, grip work, and neck training. Good stuff! I'm sore as crap! :D

But I feel GREAT! Even after only 3 days! This majority fruit diet is amazing! I remember a few years ago when my dad (a doctor) had the chance to meet and hang out with Tony Robbins, he said that he was in the best health, and had the most energy of anyone he had ever met. Tony Robbins said the reason was because most of his diet consisted of fruit and fruit juice.

I'm not going to say the name of the program I'm on because I don't want people to think I'm spamming, but if anyone's interested send me a PM or talk to me on AIM and I'll tell you about it.

Also, this isn't a fat-loss diet. It's just a general health diet. But it's really hard to be fat on a diet/exercise plan like this.

I need to start eating ezekiel bread, what is it

I read this book "Eat your Type"

Ezekiel bread is good stuff! Basically they take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt and mash it up and make bread out of it. No flour or any of that, and it tastes really good! Much better than plain old grocery store bread, and not too much more expensive (consider: I'm on a college budget and I can afford it).

wow thank you for that lovely bit of advice cyclops I appreciate you takin some time out for that info thanks!

Ezekial is pretty good, but I like Manna bread better. It has no flour in it like Ezekial but tastes better. Go to a natural foods store its in the freezer section.

Manna is good for type o's supra.

I'll have to check that out too. My ezekiel bread grew this disgusting mold since the last time I opened it. I mean like the moldy sandwich in Monority Report. Yuck.

The only thing is manna bread is kinda small and isn't that great for sandwhiches. It is great for breakfast. They have cinnimon date and carrot raisin. Those are my favorites.

Bread is the devil.

I always feel more "tight" and leaner when I don't eat bread or straight up sugar. No milk either.

I like those low-carb breads. They're probably still bad for you, but if they have a nice amount of fiber, then they redeem themselves.

it depends on what kind of bread you eat. If you eat white bread then yes it is very bad for you, doesnt digest well, its full of fat and its pretty much all flour and stuff. You eat wheat, thats much better for you then white considering the amount of fiber in it. But i think ezekiel bread is awesome, extremely healthy for you.

I agree. White bread is white death. A friend of mine would say "The whiter the bread, the quicker you're dead!" But just saying bread in general is the devil is really inaccurate.
