Still not completely under control but more good days then bad days lately. Considering they were all bad days before Im not sure if it counts or not but i guess its progress. A little more pe in lately, reached my 6" girth marker even tho it feels uneventful. Still not as focused as before and still triggered by sounds at times. I dunno just memory dumping here.
