I've been stuck at 7 inches in length for a long time.I can say though that i just measured just now and gained in girth.You know when i first started this said to myself if i dont gain in length i want to gain in girth.I was 6 in girth i'm 6.5 in girth now.My routine is real simple i do 5 min of hot wrap ,then 50 squat stretches ,then i proceed to my milking routine,the first day i start off at 500 jelques the next day i go up a 100 on my jelques i stopped at 700 and finish out my week ending at 700 dry jelques.What i can say is that right after i finish my routine that my dick measures at 6 inches soft-thats pointing to the ground.After a while it goes back down to 4 inches.

I need a good workout,i'm about to have a 3 some and have some stiff competition.The girl thats going to join us her ex was a solid 10 inches long.I'm good in bed,so i know i'll please both of em with all 10 of my fingers and toes-lol.I just want to get my weight up when it comes to dick size.I need straight length exercises that will aid in length (more than 1)my lot is high my dick points straight to my chin when i get hard so i been doing my stretches and jelques in a downward motion.I need help team,give this rookie a game plan

You may want to employ super-sets into your workout. In most men who have had stubborn gains super-sets have broken this delemma. Check out the DLD Girth Busters thread, this has been working nicely for me. The second thing is when you do the Squat Stretches are you Blasting during this stretch ? If not you may want to make this part of the stretch session.

Something else you might want to try are Jai Stretches . They've worked wonders for me in length . I do them before my jelqing and I think the combo is what gets result from me.

A jai stretch is stretching and holding for 2 sec. then releasing for one. Stretch , hold for two, relax for one and so one.

I do these in all directions, about 45-50 before my jelq and then 15 or so every time I pee.

try them, they've worked wonders for me.
