This is very simple to perform yet so powerful. Works via your higher self, the divine, god, whoever or whatever you wish to label it that is how this works.

It changes our thoughts via the divine. You can literally alter something with this technique.

Here it is

''I'm sorry;
Please forgive me;
Thank You;
I love you''

Thats all you need to say either out-loud or in your head for whenever you want to for however long you want to.

The I'm sorry is you saying sorry to the divine and that doesn't need to be something you have done it can be anything. Say you want a trivial thing to manifest lets say than it works because everything you witness and experience is part of what you have created ... your path is your manifestation and saying I'm sorry is taking responsibility for anything that may occur.

Please forgive me is self explanatory but needn't be something you have done. Witnessing lets say someone buying a car they shouldn't is an example of this.

Thank you is thanking the divine.

I love you is yourself declaring love to the divine.

Believe in this and it will work. Dont expect it to work for abusing such as lottery tickets but its a very comforting technique that has helped me in hard difficult times.

I know someone who had a court case and this helped them with the anxiety and nerves so not to think about it all, and halted negative feelings ... they went on to win the case as well.

I first learned of this technique from Joe Vitale and it comes from the Hawaiian system of Ho’oponopono

Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Similar forgiveness practices were performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand. Traditionally hoʻoponopono is practiced by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.

Dr Joe Vitale's own discovery of the technique

Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?

It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.

However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho 'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.

I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does. The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility.

His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.

Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.

"After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely," he told me. "Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed."

I was in awe.

"Not only that," he went on, "but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed."

This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: "What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?"

"I was simply healing the part of me that created them," he said.

I didn't understand.

Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life - simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.

Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life.

This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy--anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.

I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho 'oponopono means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone--even a mentally ill criminal--you do it by healing you.

I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?

"I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again," he explained.

That's it?

That's it.

Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, your improve your world. Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, "I'm sorry" and "I love you," I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.

Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying "I love you," I somehow healed within me what was creating him.

I later attended a ho 'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70 years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive. He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve.

"What about the books that are already sold and out there?" I asked.

"They aren't out there," he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. "They are still in you."

In short, there is no out there.

It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you.

"When you look, do it with love."

This article is from the forthcoming book "Zero Limits" by Dr. Joe Vitale and Dr. Len

The whole thing makes allot of sense if you can think outside the box and not inside the usual ways of thinking. If many people are thinking the same and many can be anything really but lets say millions in this example than that surely has relvence in how it makes a final outcome. If we take it as thoughts being energy and going out into the universe through the invisible pathways and through the divine and wherever else it seems likely that events like 9/11 have occurred.

Think if millions and millions of people were all thinking along the same lines about something, that creates an amazing amount of universal power like a vortex flying out to the gods, divine, higher self or whatever you label it as ... this is why mass prayers are so effective because when a group of people (mass) are all focused intently on the one goal it gives it so much more power. I'm sure as well other variables come in which is probably non-exhausting such as star patterns at the time, planets out, colors, day of the week and time etc.

Coincidences? its more a matter of synchromicity via our own will power really without knowing it though the divine. I think as well this is why the Freemasons are so influential and underground as they will likely have mass prayers of their own to influence the outcome of the worldly affairs via various deities, entities and such. Lucifer for them is god and said so in the scriptures they have. I mention the FM's because they are well known about and are vast across the globe. Think about the example above .... the members of the FM will be singing more or less from the same hymn sheet and as such the 'prayers' they send out will have lots of power.

Negativity is rife in the world at the moment, we are in a viscous circle and need to break the cycle. FAITH is one way to break this. Doesn't need to be with a set religion or god but whatever you choose to regard your faith in but have 100% faith in that. Dont be swayed by greed and power like the FM's who have committed many sins they will fall upon their own sword one day and dont rule the world like they think they do, which is why I think that any end of the world via human intervention such as a nuclear blast or a natural disaster like a huge quake is sent from the actual god of the universe to send a message to them that they DO NOT HAVE POWER OVER EARTH ... many messages have been sent over the past 10 years but the worlds most powerful leaders seem to never learn.

In the end the creators will have enough of mans weakness to corruption, greed and wanting power so then comes the end of the world and judgement day. This is my own theory which I think will happen one day who knows when. Could be 1000's-10000's years away more or less from now. I do reckon the natural disasters are influenced by powers we can never explain, they are happening more now than ever and its a warning ... we need to take note. If we say any of this to folk they say we're talking shit incl Obama but then again he is in the FM's.

Many things cannot be explained and because they cant this is seen as them being false and not valid, yet the opposite is much truer. Just because you cant see it and make sure it does not mean it actually isn't alive and exists. Miracles can and do happen, things occur unexpected that you prayed for, hoped for, asked for whatever it is then that is your miracle. In a sense even the non-believers have faith unique to them that still in my opinion reaches out to the higher powers to aid them when need be.

This mantra is powerful and it does work. I have tried it myself, works well. I cant guarantee your results but have faith and mean it when you use this, either out loud or in your mind quietly. Dont recite it out of greed or test. Its the faith, trust and genuineness that makes it work. Using it with no belief is not going to yield much. Also abuse of it isn't going to yield much otherwise everyone would win the lottery. This is why people dont buy into such things because they assume it should grant them wishes and desires of pure greed at the end of the day, but the powers of this universe do not work like that ... they are working all the time to BALANCE the universal scales, they MUST balance otherwise one ends up out balancing the other which isn't good.

Use the mantra on anything you choose, it can be many simple things and recited as often as you like. If you mean it when recited then it will work.

the main objective of hoʻoponopono is getting to “the state of Zero, where we would have zero limits. No memories. No identity. To reach this state, called Self-I-Dentity, one has to repeat constantly the prayer, “I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."

Additional version

Dear Father
I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love You
and I thank You

Below is a quote from another site and a true story of someone's miracle using this mantra

I recently met CS and just an hour spent with her has opened my eyes further.

CS was hospitalised recently with 4 blocked arteries and a surgery was required quite urgently for her to continue living without having a major heart attack.

She refused. She went back home and did Ho'ponopono chanting repeatedly for hours on every day.

Dear Father/God, I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love You and I thank You.

After a while, with another trip to the doctors, and a further checked revealed that miraculously, 3 of the arteries that were blocked earlier were completely unblocked and one more was now only partially blocked. The doctors could not explain it, it was truly a miracle.

CS is quite a clairvoyant person and does many things to help many people. She also does charting following the Feng Shui principles. She also prays to God and Jesus (as far as I can see). And she is a big believer of Ho'ponopono.

She told us a little about Ho'ponopono, about forgiving, about letting go, about thanking and about loving.

She told us about this Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len who was a doctor in quite a serious cases psychiatric ward. Dr Hew Len never saw his patients. Instead, he took their files and recited the Ho'ponopono - Dear Father, I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love You and I thank you - over and over again.

Within months, the ward was closed down as most of the patients got better and were able to live normal lives in the normal world with their normal families.

Yes, it sounds impossible, but that is what miracles are, events which seem impossible become I'm possible. God makes everything possible.

Remember that the loose definition of Ho‘oponopono is “to set things right”. Since you are the sole creator of your entire existence, you have the power to create whatever “right” world that you want to live in, and you can do it by simply saying and believing those 4 simple phrases.

I know that for some of you, all of this may seem incredibly hard to believe. You refuse to grasp the fact that you are literally the very creator of the entire existence that you live, and that you can easily manipulate that existence with 4 sets of words.

So here is one more test for you:
If you don’t believe any of this, who created that disbelief?
Think about it.
And yes, I Forgive You.

Meaning of the mantra

Dear Father:

Here we acknowledge the Creator who gives Unconditional Love. If you believe that you are the result of an explosion or worse still that you created yourself, you are going to have a lot of trouble with this one.
The word Father means "Giver Of Life" and I am sure you realise that it has nothing to do with bearded patriarchs.
Addressing the Creator is fundamental to this process, since only the Creator can fix the mess that we (and our ancestors) have created.

I am sorry:

This statement opens the door to atonement. The moment you take responsibility for any negative manifestation you experience or witness you also create an opportunity for healing.
The apology is not directed to the Creator. The Creator is Spirit and does not need nor care about apologies.
The apology is an acknowledgement that we are sorry for whatever it is that we (or our ancestors before us) have done to cause the adverse circumstance to take place.
There is no need to grovel, just a simple "I am sorry" will do.

Please forgive me:

We are asking for forgiveness for having forgotten how much the Creator loves us.
We are asking for forgiveness for having shut out the Creator from our lives and missing out on all the wonderful experiences that we could have had.
We ask for forgiveness with the absolute certainty that it has already been granted. The Creator is Spirit and is Unconditional Love, incapable of experiencing feelings of anger, resentment and all the other ego related neurotic behaviours that afflict humans.
It is important to note here that Ho'oponopono practitioners never have to forgive anyone, since they realise that all wrongdoing is the result of their own wrong action or memories--past or present.

I love you:

When Jesus was asked "which is the greatest commandments of them all" he surprised everyone (typical) and stated "You shall love the Lord Your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."
Love is a great healing power. Sending the Creator an SMS of love will reverberate through your psyche and generate an immediate feeling of well being.
Once again being pure Spirit, the Creator, does not need your love, but the very act of thinking loving thoughts will tune your mind to that frequency with remarkable and immediate results.

And I thank you:

As stated earlier, whatever your petition or concern, the moment you take responsibility for its occurrence and seek a way out--you are guaranteed a response.
Almost invariably the response will never be what you expect (or in some cases want)--but what you need to start the process of healing or reconstruction.
Your "thank you" is the acknowledgement that your petition has been heard and acted upon--that is all.

Very nice posts. I remember thinking the similar way when I was going through hard times last year. It really helped and now I´m in a far better situation. I found that many of us young guys at the forum are of the similar mentality. I recall Tom Hubbard´s thought that enlargement may even lead to divine development or interest in it at least. I know where is my greatest downside and it´s selfbelief. This state of mind stated by you makes me think of the way that everything goes the way it should even some stuff may not be easy or pleasant when happening. I think pe goes for many of us hand in hand with devine development or hightened likelihood of interst in spiritual matters.

Great thing is this works and its simple to do ... nothing to purchase either. I have to thank Dr Joe Vitale for bringing my attention to it from listening to his various audio work.

NOTE

Dr Joe Vitale who also appears on The Secret videos claims this wonderful mantra to the Divine is the missing secret SECRET to the secret! He claims and it makes sense, that if your not seeing results in your life via things like the Law Of Attractions its because you have blocks inside of you preventing it and this is where the method Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) comes in ... it removes the hurdles and allows the universe to aid you but you must accept responsibility that everything in your life is down to YOU.

So if your not seeing things with the LOA you should try this.

A very compassionate way to be. Even when you feel justified in your anger, I think this outlook would enlighten you and help you choose the right way to react.

I like post #4.

Dr Joe Vitale's experience reminds me of this book I read. One chapter reported, "patients in a room that were prayed for healed more rapidly and better than patients in a room without prayer".

Very pretty Mantra

Lets all make a habit of doing this at least 10-20 minutes each day for several weeks and report back with your findings.

So do I think about the person while chanting this phrase?

No. Think about the words and how they make you feel. When you have wronged anyone you have wronged the universe as a whole. WHen seeking forgiveness you are asking to be forgiven for all (or one), this chant will bring relief from all your wrongful ways.

I look at every person as myself and when I have hurt another I have hurt myself.
