1. Warm up
2. Stretches from dld's newbie routine
3. 90-100% erect strokes ( first 15 w/out tourniqueting the base then 3 sets of 15 with tourniqueting the base, stroke about 2 secs each way)
4. 100 wet jelqs
5. Partial erect tourniquet stroke (4-5minutes right now.. probably will come up with an exact number to go buy, about 2 secs each way on the strokes)
6. 90-100% Erect squeezes with a tourniquet hold(start about 1 inch from base pressure hand squeeze for however long you can =) i do about 2 secs then move your hand down to the head in about 0.5 inch increments then back) i do this about 4-5 minutes right now ill come up with a number figure later on this week.
7.150 wet jelqs
8. warm down
** i try to do at least 200 kegals during the day

I did something extra tonight though an exercise where i forced as much blood to my penis head that i could then gripped directly under the ridge as tight as i could holding the blood in the head for random lengths of time.

tonight was my first night back into Penis Enlargement.. got my vigrx pills so now i can track my progress with both Penis Enlargement and Pills .

Should i do some more jelqs ? or maybe some more complex stretches that arent too harsh for starting again? I really dont want to go over the 30-45 minute time period.

Maybe i shouldnt have exercised this hard tonight b,c now i have like 3 dark dots on the top of my penis head =/ each about the size of a pen mark. has anyone else had this before ? they started out red now dark ....

maybe i should try to stick to dld's newbie routine maybe just add one girth exercise to it ? I pe'd for my first 3 weeks with a similar type of routine a little less intense but i didnt get these dark spots. I'm starting back now this will be my 4th week b,c i took 2 off.

The NEWBIE routine is a great place to build a solid foundation but it is also a source for quick gains. It also is the first PHASE of my program so if you plan on joining the paysite in the future this is your starting point.

Yea im pretty much doing most of the routine with the exception of some jelqs i do about 300 right now during an exercise. But, im adding about 3 more exercises to it hoping i get quicker gains.. by my count ive probably gained about 1/2 to 5/8 length EG of course and probably somewhere around 1/8 girth.

After my second session of my new routine which was last night, i took a shower for my warm down and when i got out some kind of lump popped up right under my glans on the top. It probably covered 1/3 to 1/2 the circumference of my penis and was only very easily noticed when flaccid. Fluid maybe ? It doesnt look like a vein.

Updated Routine:
1.Warm Up (5minutes hot wrap )
2. DLD's Newbie Routine stretches
3.90-100% erect strokes ** ( first 15 w/out tourniqueting the base then 3 sets of 15 with tourniqueting the base, stroke about 2 secs each way)
4. 2 x 25 90-100% Erect squeezes ** (using a base hand to trap the blood start about 1 inch from base pressure hand squeeze with the O grip with the other hand then move your hand down to the head in about 0.5 inch increments then back to the the base) ~ 2 seconds per squeeze
5. 4 x 100 wet jelqs
6. 1 x 50 Partial erect tourniquet stroke (basically use a base hand to trap blood in the partial erect penis then proceed to stroke the shaft to the glans then back trying to force blood out to the sides of the penis shaft) ~ 2 seconds in each direction
7. Warm down (hot shower or 5 minute hot wrap )

** When i Trap the blood with my base hand I wait for my veins to start popping out and my glans to become engorged before i start the exercise **

my first measure date is 6-9-04... I want to achieve + 0.25-0.50 BPenis EnlargementL and +0.125-0.25 EG... with a 5 on 2 off routine

Just got done with my routine took about an hour neglecting the 10 minutes for the hot wraps. I got the same lump right under my glans again. I believe it might be from doing a lot of jelqs. The massivemember routine only includes like 5 minutes worth which is probably around 100(which i use to do) now i do between 300-400. But anyways it felt good. First day back after 2 off =). Twas a nice intense session tonight especially when i got the the erect squeezes which i did after jelqs instead of before. Also i did some new strokes that should help increase length instead of my normal ones. Kinda like an erect jelq but you have one hand at midshaft and one start at base move both up at the same time once the midshaft hand gets to the glans release and move it to the base and the other hand should be at the midshaft at this point. then repeat the process (Did 50 of those tonight and man did my penis head swell up.. hehe) I'm excited it's the 2nd week of my new routine hopefully some gains start coming in about 3 weeks or less. Even if they are small it would be nice . Happy Pe'ing everyone.

I had to break down and measure today. looks like my girth is gaining little by little i measured almost 5" girth tonight(from around 4.75 a couple weeks ago). As for BPenis EnlargementL it's still about the same. I'm happy my EG is getting larger b,c it seems like the hardest thing for me to gain on. I can't wait till my measure date in about two more weeks. Hopefully my length will start too gain.

Nice GIRTH gains! Don't sweat the length too much, they rarely gain together. I go through phases of growth in either length or girth. Stay consistent and you will gain consistent.

Ahh the end of my 5 days straight of Penis Enlargement..Time to relax for 2 days. I went hardcore tonight with my squeezes kinda hurt but i like the feeling of my blood trying to make my penis explode =). Pretty Intense stuff but i feel it will pay off in the long run.

I measured today and i've got to say OMG !!! 6.75 BPenis EnlargementL maybe im a fast gainer or i just had a better erection then usual today but that's about a quarter inch jump in just a few weeks. I doubt ill gain another quarter by my measure date. Hopefully an 1/8 or 1/16. But if i dont ill be glad with the quarter of an inch that i earned. =)

Cranked Out an Awesome session tonight to make up for sunday.
hot wrap , 4 sets of dld newbie routine stretching , erect strokes 15 w/out c-ring and 3x15 with c-ring, 500 wet jelqs, 25 partial erect strokes with c ring, erect squeezes (25 with just c-ring and 3x25 with c-ring and gripping the base tightly while squeezing with the other) then hot wrap .

It seems i can only do around 25 erect squeezes per set(2 seconds each squeeze) before i have to engorge my member again. It kind of goes 75-80% erection after 25.
I believe this is most likely due to the fact that im restricting the blood flow a lot.

Updated Routine:

1. Hot Wrap
2. Stretch 3 x 30 seconds in the 9 different directions
3. 3. 90-100% erect strokes ( first 15 w/out c-ring the base then 3-4 sets of 15 with c-ring, stroke about 2 secs each way)
4. 200-300 wet jelqs(only 200 most of the time)
5. Partial erect strokes with c-ring 1 x 50 (about 2 secs each way)
6. 4 x 25 90-100% Erect squeezes with quick kegel ( 2 seconds for the squeeze I kegel before i let go)** my penis is screaming after these**
7. Warm Down

Well tonight ended my Penis Enlargement workout week. Another nice 60-70 minutes session. Missed Last Sunday, so i did an extra long session monday. I get to measure my progress on the 6th which is 2 days. Last recorded measurement was 5-11-04 BPenis EnlargementL 6.5 , EG 4.75. I know ive gained at least a quarter inch BPenis EnlargementL and some EG also. Time for it to rest now and heal up. Happy Penis Enlargement'ing.

Measured Today: BPenis EnlargementL ~ 6.75
Midshaft EG ~ 4.875
Base EG ~ 5.0

Next Measure Date is July 4th
