AAAAAAAAARRRGHHHHHHHHHHH, its PISSING ,me off!!
I have just been trying to sort it out for about 15 mins and I can't seem to figure it out, I have read Still's thread and I think I might need some of that sports stuff he has. Considering I got this 'theraband' stuff from the same place as the hanger , I thought it would have worked but it's just PISSING me off!
Any help is much appreciated!

how long the strip should be, do you use Theraband?
It's probably gonna take a while to get used to, thats all!

I use one piece of T-Shirt material cut from and old white cotton T-shirt, that is about 3x9" for the first layer of wrap , and then one piece of the Ace wrap (any store near the pharmacy or sporting goods area with the other sport wraps) that is about 3x9" as well. The Ace wrap comes in 2" and 3" widths. Its a lot easier to use. PLUS, the Ace wrap sticks to itself!
