Hey guys, I left for about 3 weeks due too my injury. I thought it was Thrombosis but I just went to the Doctor and he said there was Calcification on the top of my Penis. He diagnosed it as peyronie's plaque, he said there is nothing I can do. I good and well know that there is a solution and its jelqing and stretching. The pain has gone down, so my question for Dld is Can i start jelqing right away? Also, can you guys help me with a routine for this specific problem so I can get over this as fast as possible? Can my bathmate help with the breaking up the plaque? I know German stallion is an expert at this but i am not sure if he's been on in awhile. Any help is appreciated thanks guys.

Honestly, don't jelq. You are already obviously susceptible to injury. I suggest stretching and a daily massage ritual.

Still, Thank you for your reply. Any suggestion from you is great advice. However, when is a good indicator on when i should start jelqing?

just go slowly and dont expect miracles overnight it can take a really long time to straighten a curve, so id imagine peyronies might take even more work

Thanks for the response acromegaly, i will definitely go slowly.

I suggest avoiding jelqs. There's no "when" in my opinion. They are the one exercise in 15+ years of being around PE I have seen reported as the source of the most injuries. If you want girth, look into the SSJ.

You should look into Vitamin E, POTABA,PABA and DMSO. It's reported on forums/medical journals to have worked in reducing pains and reduce plaque. They're cheap, so 30 bucks shouldn't hurt to try.

What is important with Peyronies is that you effectively break down the plaque in order to avoid or eliminate bending or curvature. The best was to attack this would be DLD Bends as these can target the exact area of plaque build up. The arch of the exercise is slight and will not cause damage, the idea is to roll against the plaque to allow it to break down. Other things that will help are using your SizeGenetics straight out, stretching against the bend, and there is also a Peyronies specific routine on the Pro-Site.

I am 23, will this have an effect on my recovery? Also, another Question to you guys is would my bathmats be beneficial in breaking down the plaque? I have looked at AllDayChemist and see they sell cheap viagra, would this help as well? I do not have the sizegentics just yet but I am looking into it! Also would Pc muscle strengthening help or make the injury worse? Thank you guys for your reply and helpful advice! I will be making a Log entry soon to keep track of my progress and my routine so you guys can monitor it and pitch in advice.

Mlathem, First, your age has nothing to do with your injury or the speed of recovery. It is what it is and we will correct it from there. The SizeGenetics is very beneficial for Peyronies, as a matter of fact (most men don't know), the SizeGenetics was created to correct a bent penis, size gains were a size bonus and the reason SizeGenetics took that name, breaking their partnership with JES. The BathMate is also beneficial as it is forcing your penis to be straight under pressure, this will always help in curve correction. Hope that helps Mlathem!

Yes, Thank you Dld for your kind response. That helped tremendously, I will have to get the size genetics then.

Also, My plaque is on the top left side of my penis. Would it be more beneficial to stretch from the base as to not aggravate and make the swelling worse? Or does it not matter and I can stretch from the top?

Do I need to take rest days with the stretching and how long should I be stretching with Peyronies?

Devices used for peyronies should be worn every day I think. I assume manual stretching is the same.

I would do a normal routine and add bends for a cool down. It's going to take a really long time with lots of massaging and gentle bends to fix it

Posted this in another thread but I think it is applicable here too:

Curvature correction brings a few options but when all are employed correction is much faster.

1. Stretch against the curve
2. Jelq against the curve or use DLD Bends to target the specific area
3. Where your SizeGenetics in a Straight Out Position as much as possible
4. Be sure to use balance in all exercise, masturbation or tool use. Favoring one side to the other can further the issue.
5. Heat and deep tissue massage to the effected area to help break down the plaque causing the bend.
6. BathMate pumping will have a great eggiest on curve correction, especially when pumping erect.
