With such recent success being posted here useing hanging, I've decided to start myself oncemore.
I must thank DASH as hes my NEW Inspiration and motivation at the moment, with his GREAT success in hanging, you have and are spuring me on so many thanks.
The Setup will be the AFB, I have used this MANY times before and loved it.
This can be made VERY quickly and simple, also cleared away as quickly so no one in the home can know of the *pens hanging*

The Legendary Tom Hubbard *Hanging master* came-up with the idea, so I bow down to ya sir!!
Now for my plan,
I shall be doing X1 25/30 minute session with 15lbs in a semi BTC position.
This shall be done on a 5 on 2 off basis.
May also change the sets to X2 when I have more time or/and increase the time.
Weight-wise, thats enough at the moment I feel fatigue and I'm happy with how it feels.
This hanging routine will be used in conjunction with whatever other Penis Enlargement I do, when I feel like other exercises etc.
I feel the chances are HIGH that I shall increse the sets to X2 25/30 min' 15lb daily, but for now I shall get my feet into it.
Can see myself maeing gains with this lenghwise as I have in the past, but I never really got into a set plan like I intend this time.
Shall see in 4 weeks of reguler use how it has faired.
