With such recent success being posted here useing hanging , I've decided to start myself oncemore.
I must thank DASH as hes my NEW Inspiration and motivation at the moment, with his GREAT success in hanging , you have and are spuring me on so many thanks.

The Setup will be the AFB, I have used this MANY times before and loved it.
This can be made VERY quickly and simple, also cleared away as quickly so no one in the home can know of the *pens hanging *

The Legendary Tom Hubbard *Hanging master* came-up with the idea, so I bow down to ya sir!!

Now for my plan,
I shall be doing X1 25/30 minute session with 15lbs in a semi BTC position.
This shall be done on a 5 on 2 off basis.
May also change the sets to X2 when I have more time or/and increase the time.
Weight-wise, thats enough at the moment I feel fatigue and I'm happy with how it feels.

This hanging routine will be used in conjunction with whatever other Penis Enlargement I do, when I feel like other exercises etc.

I feel the chances are HIGH that I shall increse the sets to X2 25/30 min' 15lb daily, but for now I shall get my feet into it.
Can see myself maeing gains with this lenghwise as I have in the past, but I never really got into a set plan like I intend this time.

Shall see in 4 weeks of reguler use how it has faired.

Good luck with gains!
But do you think 1 or 2 sets a day is enough?
I think BiB recommended a 10 hour a week routine.?
I guess experimenting is the only way to find out.

Way to go Red, Hanging is great! I think like you said aslong as you keep it in addition to your other Penis Enlargement workout you should do very well.

Very good plan man. I see you upping the weight pretty quickly too. Thats the key to doing fewer sets. You still have to get fatigue. So, the goal is to find the absolute max weight you can handle.

Thanks mates, for the support and encouragement.
I think SWM said it all just.

I have jumped up into a Weight zone I know can hit my ligs HARD yet I can still take without pain, infact I get a GREAT stretch .
My ligs are FATIGUED after the 25/30 mins, SORE AS HELL when I do the pull back from behind your ass trick to see if there sore, and yes they have been thus far.

Did my second hang on the trot lastnight.
Shall also sometime this weekend post pix of my hang set-up, I use the AFB but I have a SLIGHT variation on WHERE and HOW the weight is attached, its not the same as Toms ... this version seems more stable at higher weights for ME anyways.
I shall show the pix at the weekend.

I actually had to miss yesterdays session cos I have a medium sized red/black blood blister on the right upper side base portion of my shaft, its soreish but not too bad.
However the skin has torn slightly kinda like a spot head pops.
I have been applying E45 cream to help heal it, gunna have another hang tonight regardless of this skin problem cos I have some ideas to sort this out without needing rest.

Hey red how do you hang, i mean like this. Our penis looks identical if we look beyond the size. So you place the afb by:
first pulling the foreskin back then putting on bandage and such at the glance just under the head. Or do you place it so you get a little foreskin with you?

But red, dont the skin get more stretched then? Instead of the ligs being stretched fully?

Depends on how you place the device, if done wrong than it will stretch more skin.
9/10 I have had no probz and have had good sessions with the AFB.
