I have been experimenting the last couple of days with a combinatino of stretches in one workout to see what works best for me...and by best what will let me measure .25 or more longer each workout. So I've been working with the pulse 110s and trying to be as intense as possible, some sets go fifty reps some only 25, it really depends on how hard I'm pulling. I also use the rotary blasters after I do the 110 stretch down, left and then right, then I hit the rotary blaster, and I can tell you my ligs are tired after this. To finish I hit some squat stretches , one or two of these for maximum tension. My version of the squat is to squat down like a catcher does, and pull down and towards the rear a bit, and hold for about 30-45 seconds. The squat stretch is more of a visual thing than anything else. I'm close enough to the floor to try to touch it with the tip of my dick. I'm going to continue with this routine, cause my bpfsl was nearly 8.25 and nearly a solid 7.75. I'm getting there, and i think this with the dash wrap will have it. Someone else should try this to see if it works, or if it's just a me thing. Holla

True, and when you're gaining nearly everyday, then it's all worth it. I'm telling you those 110s and the tunica traction stretch are what's making the biggest difference right now. And the thing about it is after that short break I can tell a difference in my motivation, dedication, and intensity. Everything is going to be just fine. Holla
