Youre 'double dumb'. Seriously though, these are some of the most intense girth exercises I have done in a while. Theyre now an official part of my girth routine. Thanks again DLD.

Slow Squash Jelq Thread
 
I was just talking with another member who is lovin' the SSJ and I'll tell you what I told him. If The Slow Squash Jelq was not advanced it could easily replace jelqing in the Penis Enlargement world. Nothing I have ever done in my entire Penis Enlargement career gives me expansion and quickness of gains like this exercise. It is not only effective for girth but it's highly sexual nature makes it a pleasure to do.
 
what is a typical SSJ routine? How many reps do you do and how long is each one? Do you do multiple sets or is 1 enough? Sorry for all the questions but it seems like this is THE girth exercise. I'm getting the most expansion from doing half of the dry part of DLD girth busters while clamped...that is jelqing up the shaft with a tourniquet at the top (x10), then isolated compression squeezes(30 secs), then i do that all 5 times.
 
no i know how to do them, its just how long is each rep, cos i can't imagine doing one jelq for 2-3 mins. how many SSJs in a session too?

Since starting Penis Enlargement again, as of yesterday:), I find myself being a tad bit weak and not able to hold the rep for much more than 1 minute and this is OK. This is how I started doing them and I eventually became stronger and a rep could last up to 2 minutes. A typical session for me will last 30 minutes.
 
I did a session of these today. I kept trying to wrap my mind around the exercise, it seemed really complex. I got it good today, I reread the thread, and I was like well no wonder the expansion wasn't that good, I was using my bottom hand to move up the shaft as opposed to the top part of the shaft coming to the bottom. It was ridiculous, the expansion was anyway, and I ended up doing between 5-8...

DLD, how do you do these to the right or left??? My joint don't want to move like that, at least not with 95% engorgement. Holla back
 
I do these as well as my other squeezes for around 30 seconds each.
 
I do these as well. Still not sure if I am doing them correctly but I am feeling something. I only do them for about 30 seconds. Last week or so I have been giving 110% to my girth routines.
 
I do these but using a clamp. 1 min reps x 7. I also think they're really good.
 
are these something i can do if i'm just getting back into pe, or sould i wait awhile for my penis to gt more accustom to the workload?
 
I'd give it some time....be gentle with the penis...he can only handle so much abuse...
Don't push too soon, take a week or so and recondition a bit and then try 'em....
 
Goddam!! i just tried these for the first time and i think i just found my new favorite girth exercize. I did the exercize with a clamp for ~30 seconds x 10 and my cock looks like i just pumped it. It's hanging pretty thick...

I can do one more time after 24Hrs ? or i must wait 48hrs ?

You can pretty much do it every day, if your schedule and penis allows it.

I would add some bundled stretches before and a cock-ring after your workout maybe some light jelqing

1 day 1 off, 2 day 1 off, all the way up to 6 days no off or every day

Thanks Munto, i also use Cock ring every day 2 days ago, i have seen this in SRT ;)
