If you had to pick only one form of PE for length, and that was the only exercise you would do for a couple of years, what would it be?

Please explain why you picked what you picked.

Bundled fulcrum stretches with reverse kegels and ligament presses in the length master in all directions.

Because seriously, that's a bad ass stretch.
 
The thing is your body will get used to the same stretch in a while so you need to switch up the routine. Hit it from an angle it hasn't been hit, and you have more potential to stimulate growth.
 
spending two years doing the same exercise,would be innefective i think most exercises can have a lifetime no more than 6 months.

using the LM maybe yeah bundled stretches +newbie stretchings.the newbie stretchings is basic stuff but can show gains in a 6 months period i think.

yep thats what i was thinking too,once you get the most out of an exercise definitely a new routine is needed...
 
Damn it, I feel like starting hanging again lol. I think that is one routine that can be done for years and still see good gains.

Hanging is an endless source of gains then.If theres no other exercise you got to continue whit your hangin sessions

What about jelqing ? would Jelq stop working after 6 months ? Personaly i think not, but i do not know much :)
 
I use jelqs today, they always serve me :blush: Besides I wasn't the one who said it would stop working
 
Lengthmaster :) but if you're talking about 1 exercise, then the __________ stretch or erect stretch. Either one. Love doing them both.
