Short and simple I hope. I was reading a post at �other forum� can't remember the guys handle but! He seemed to have it together on the medical aspect's
on tissue rejuvenation. Regular muscle when worked hard only requires 24hr's to heal. Hence you work upper body one day and the lower body the next.
The tissue in the penis is a type of muscle but different in that it takes 48 hr's for the same effect. I do not no all the big medical words and facts he had but it made sense. he recommended that if you workout one day and two off or stress it like hell for three or four days straight you need to give it two days for the cells to repair themselves. Now your thoughts.

Healing is different from deconditioning. The two week breaks are not for healing but for deconditioning.
