I want to ask you what do you think is the ideal or a good hanging time per day?

Another question is when can i see gains through hanging ?

I hang 9 lbs OTS for 4x15 min(total 1 hour)5-6times per week.
Some days i hang 8x15 min(total:2 hours).
My hanger is a Bib Hanger .

Is hanging the best way to make length gains?

What is better?Hanging or stretching ?

Are there some hangers out there, who have a combined routine with hanging and stretching ?

When i hang, can i drop my jelqing routine?

Ideally you want to put in a minimum 10 hours per week. Frankly, the more time you can hang per day the better.

There is no solid answer to that because it varies from man to man. Personal physiology is the biggest determining factor. Consitancy and time put in also contribute .

All sounds good - but you might want to consider upping your time to 20 minutes per set, even if it means less sets/lower weight.
Your objective is to stress your anatomy to the point of fatigue and then continue to hang in this state. This is when gains are made: When you are fatigued.

Make sure to closely monitor color and be on the look out for numbness when advancing to 20 minutes. If you begin to experience numbness you may be hanging too much weight.
Never exceed twenty minutes. I recommend downloading a "countdown clock" to accurately time sets. Here is one I use - it's free:

Another unknown. What technique one uses to gain length is a very subjective thing.

See above. But: In my opinion, why hanging excels as a Penis Enlargement method has to do with your ability to very accurately gauge the amount of stress you are applying to your anatomy. With hanging you have the advantage of utilizing the stress formula of Time + Weight = Gains.

Hanging also frees up your hands and mental focus, allowing you to do other things - Like play scrabble with your inlaws :)

I am sure there are, but that would be gilding the lilly; you are already putting a great amount of stress on your unit - no need to distract from your hanging routine.
That said, what I have always liked to do is to manually "jumpstart" my hanging sessions by attaching my hanger , and with heat applied, manually stretch my ligs and tunica in all directions for about five minutes.
I have found that this "warm up" helps bring about fatigue earlier in my hanging day.

I have. Since my objective is to gain length I prefer to focus all of my time and energy on that pursuit - jelqing (or any girth routine) will not only distract from that, there is a good argument that any girth gains will slow length advances because there is more tunica to stretch .
Achieving your length goal and then moving on to girth is a sensible way to divide the task.
However, mild jelqing (no more than 50% erect) between hanging sets to restore healthy circulation is a very good habit to get into. Ending a day of hanging with a light jelqing set is also something I recommend.

I have been hanging for over six months (a few deconditioning breaks in there). I hit my length goal a while back and intended to work girth but have been unable to focus on it for the love of hanging .
Truth is I no longer have a length goal - I just like getting bigger.

I used the Wench exclusively during that time, but recently have been hanging with a new device that I slapped together.

I started hanging with a LOT of 9:00 and am somewhere in the 7:30 range now. I have used BTC and SD as angles - but occasionally used upper angles when bored or too fatigued for the lower ones.
I have the luxury of hanging many hours per day because I am the Emperor of a small island in the pacific :)
And because of this freedom I have been able to keep my weight in a very low range - only exceeding 12.5 lbs as experiments.

Tying this back into the theme of your thread, I prefer this use of "more time" over "more weight" because injuries are simply less likely to happen at lower weights. Though, this formula will only work for guys who enjoy the liberty of hanging many hours per day.

I have gained 1 1/4" length .

Bigger rocks, I havent followed him for a while. I should look his posts up again. I love my Bib hanger ! Are they still in production? Maybe I should get a spare and lock it away in case the golden retriever thinks its a chew toy!!
