I like to use cock rings a lot-mostly for sex-gives me an extra 1/2" girth and really pushes out the ribs, veins-they love it.

As you want one to use after the Bathmate or Pumping, I'd advise you go first for one quite elastic/stretchy and not too tight, so you can keep it many hours to keep your temp gains as long as possible (I assume this is your point).
The ones suggested by Crazy Doc look fine, but they look like the tighter one I use for like 30 min to 1h (doing some "soft" clamping/edgeing, or during sex) before using the stretchy elastomer one like this then.
If this is really the first time you use it, then I'd really advise you start only with the stretchy elastomer/silicon one, just to see how your penis reacts (no signs of coming thrombosed veins, penis not too cold, not too painful, no weird tingling, etc..). If you don't plan on using it for too long (30 min - 1h max), then almost any of them will do the trick
And DLD and Crazy Doc are right, you may want to go for the cheaper ones too, and buy a package or 2 or 3 since they tend to break easily (depends on your girth too).

Only the Penis normally (as close as the pubic bone as possible), but some try to have everything fit inside (balls+penis), this is indeed the best to keep as close from the base as possible. Personally if I do this, I feel uncomfortable after a while, but worse, my stretchy cockrings break easily then (I have to stretch it too much to put everything in it).

I have tried just about everything over the years. I don't much care for the rubber rings because they pull the hairs. I mostly use a leather multi-snap cock ring I bought at the local "Video" Emporium and occasionally use my flat thick metal one when I can manage to fit my fat nuts in it. I've tried the cheap metal rings you get at Lowe's where they sell chains and they turn colors and make me wonder if they're going to cause my dong to rot off. I don't think they were made for that. If you are trying to hyponotizs the ladies with a semi arection all day long than use Doc Johnsons Titan cock ring in blue. The black ring is tough and doesnt stretch well. The black 1 is god for Penis Enlargement... Bahtmate restricted pumping. For recreational use I would use the blue Titan.
