Been doing pe now for about 2 years on and off. Been consistent over the past 4-5 months. I ran across a thread on the golf weights, so i went to walmart and picked up 5. My first time hanging, and i didnt feel a stretch at all. I get a good stretch with manual. 1st time hanging. Each one of things gotta weigh 1-1.5lbs? Should i try and add more weight or go with a different hanging method of weights?
