Jelq for at least 15 minutes and the best thing to use is Vaseline. By the no-name Vaseline because it is thicker and gives you more drag then the name brand.

Sorry for bringing in off-topic now, but you're married? Read sometimes you're abstinent/celibate or trying it at least or just sometimes masturbating, like once a month as it's the best balance for you.

I have been estranged from my wife for close to 20 years. I remain married because that is my belief. I became celibate when I left my wife and became a minister. I did not want sex getting in the way of my work nor did I want to commit adultery. So yes I have a wife but I have not seen her in many years. With me there’s nothing that’s personal you can ask any questions and I’ll answer it.

Do you want to work with the highest erection level possible. And jelq should be with force but not too much force, just enough to feel a slight arc against the curve.

Actually I’ve last seen her five years ago. But we’ve been separated for 20 years. Once my son turned 18 she stop talking to me. But it’s all good, I’m still married and that takes a big load off of my mind.
