If you are holding your cum for days and have a bad case of blue balls. It would be better for your pe results to get a load out, eat some good protein, and pe away. Besides holding it in and thinking blowing on will hurt your pe workout. I have done good workouts with blueballs and the shrinkage effect set in right after I was done and all night. Just take a load off, relax, and back to work.

I wrote this to all those people who are so serious about not blowing it on pe days. What do ya think??? Yin.
 
I never really understood the idea of blue ball as i never experienced it myself. When I did ejaculate after Penis Enlargement my penis would shrivel up as the blood left it, which was a bad thing as you want more blood into the member to help with healing and such. Lately I have been limiting myself to ejaculating once a week, preferably on an off day. This keeps the circulation of semen going yet doesn't interfere with my Penis Enlargement.
 
I think it's kinda the same as sport, like before a big game, your told not to have sex, I think the same applies. I'm more aggressive with a full sack. I think any way.
 
After holding in my load for multiple days my balls swell up pretty bad and give me some pretty decent lower torso pain. Which makes my penis turtle up far worse then after I just blew a load. So Yes I believe each person must find his balance. Mine is every third day right now. I also must add that I can cum 3 - 4 times before my erection is down for the count. Is cumming 3-4 times before your erection subsides something that you could always do, or do you take any type of supplementation, or do anything special that you think boosts you ability to be so potent?

I'm very interested in increasing my staying power an potency to I will be able to do the same. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

after holding it in for a week i tend to experience two orgasms when i cum, one very soon after the other. very little semen is released during the second one. I take 500 mg l-argenine, but noticed this happening after i started abstaining a week at a time and edging in between without ejaculating. at the end of the week when i finally do ejaculate, after a bit of edging, the orgasm and load is monumental and i could typically continue and reach another orgasm right away.

For staying power do practice reverse kegeling while masturbating. I find that involuntary contractions of the pc muscle are what really would bring me to ejaculate, by stimulating the prostate, before i wanted to. This i conditioned myself to do through masturbation, and by reverse kegeling you train yourself to control these contractions.
 
here's a little more info about me and maybe why I have a semi-auto ....

I am 26 years old, athletic, and eat what I believe is a healthy diet. I get a good amount of protein every 3-4 hours thru the day. I take whey protein shakes if I want a fast meal. I also take a good multi vitamin before bed every other night. I do not eat pork, don't drink any soda (alot of water) and very really eat fast food. But I probly eat a bunch of calories and food each day, the food is just mostly good for you heathy-ish stuff. Salads, chicken, fish, tons of fruit, milk foods, ...

I think I simply got my metabolism by the horns and keep it kicking. I will add that I need a stimulant such as ���� or a sexy lady to go 3 or more. I don't think I could just do a 3-fer in the corner for fun.

no mate you hav got it all wrong you need to be men and you should as a man be able to do loads of weights and have sex 5 times a day every day what do you think cave men did after theyd just killed a dinosaur you need to come as much as you can and also do pe and weights + eat right if u just wanna pe to 10" and only bust a nut once a week do u think ur missus is gonna be very happy? i thaught getting a bigger dick would mean u wanted to have sex more, u get me.

This is not true. Having sex 5 times per day and busting nuts 5 times per day does nothing good. It would remove all the blood and hinder gains. You should worry about gains and stamina exercises.

I have never experienced blue balls either.
 
I beat off once a week because I am sick of the clean-up. You just have to find what works for you I guess- if your dick looks the same a few hours after workout with and without masturbating, then I think it would be fine (but I could be wrong ?:( ).

you are right about after blowing a load. But after a few days of holding it in. I sometimes get painful blue balls and this makes my penis turtle much worse then blowing my load. So for me just getting a load out makes it hang better after a pe workout BUT not as good as just a normal day without blowing it.

My whole point was if you are in a situation with bad blueballs and holding it vs blowing it. I feel you should blow it. But alot of people say they don't get this, does anyone watch ���� and masturbate but just don't blow it... That could cause what i'm talking about.
 
yeah ok ur dick needs to get turtled back to heal and also when you ejaculate you end up with more testosterone than when you started after a few hours, the more test the more ur willie grows but then hey dont listen to me i really dont care and dont get fixed on busting 5 nuts a day make it a goal. and they dont have to be 1 after the other space it out, i do all this and can come like 4-5 times in a row with my girl. so ok let it build up oooooo big wow what does it achieve, use it or lose it!
 
Yin, your advice is correct. I jack off to ���� and not blow my load for edging sessions sometimes and I still don't get blue balls. I never experienced it before.
