I played soccer competitively in both high school and college and being a guy with a stocky frame and somewhat heavy for a soccer player on a 5'9" frame (200 pounds plus, right now I am a somewhat lean 220), was not exactly the endurance athlete ideal frame. Maybe I should of been a football player or something, but soccer is what I love so that is what I played.

Anyways, tendonitis was an uphill battle from time to time, especially in college where I eventually had to quit because my coach was clueless on conditioning. I guess he figured running marathons is good for neuro-muscular development when it does the exact opposite and over time will actually make you sprint slower with less power in explosive movements like shooting a soccer ball at a goal. Anyways, that is another story.

So I got to thinking about Penis Enlargement's tissues and the suspensory ligaments and collagenous tissue and did some research on tendonitis to get an idea of whether or not there is such a thing as "hanging " or "pulling" too much on your ligaments.

Anyways, THIS LINK - http://www.tendinosis.org/injury.html basically discusses tendinosis and some of the problems of repeated stress to collagenous tissue without allowing for proper healing and non-stop continual growth factors being applied to the tissue. From what I could surmise, keeping yourself in a non-stop growing state when it comes to collagenous tissue can have long term problems with the collagenous tissue not growing back properly.

Also, repeated stress will make the tissue stronger, but having stronger penile tissue does not have anything to do with longer length . So, I figure some people's theories about deconditioning and then stretching like a mofo during the window when your penis tissue is in a more elastic state before fibroblast buildup is when you are going to see your real gains. Once your tunica gets "tough" it means you need to force yourself to allow your penis to decondition.

Anyways, even though muscle tissue is different than collagenous tissue, According To The Guys At HST full recovery takes 7 days and real deconditioning takes 9-12 days. This is kind of behind the motivation I have for splitting my workouts to focus on three types of tissues of the penis, but giving each type of tissue around a solid 2 week break with some overlap since jelqing of any sort will give you an all around penis workout even though depending on how you jelq you might be doing more for the ligs, girth, or tunica length .

Someone posted a link here or at Thunder's I read about by some lady researcher doing all her research on the penis by dissecting Armadillo penises as well as penises of a wide variety of animals including human cadavers. Her findings were that the tunica had a unique collagenous structure made up of two layers, one going vertically up the shaft, and the other layer in a spiral going around the shaft. So stretching of course works out the vertical tissue, while girth work and width work will focus almost exclusively on the cylindrical tissue, so I believe you can mainly focus on one type of collagenous tissue at a time (to an extent) while giving the other type of collagenous tissue rest.

So focusing on the vertical collagenous tissue, the cylindrical collagenous tissue, and the ligaments separately I feel will allow me to tax each type of tissue to its max while allowing full recovery plus deconditioning during that period of time.

Since, deconditioning supposedly is at its max at 12 days, perhaps I should do 6 day cycles instead of full week cycles. Of course, I suppose if you slightly overtrain the tissue then an extra 2 days for a full 14 day recovery might be a good idea. I guess I will just have to try and find out the hard way.

Great find bro! this is what we've been looking for. the deconditioning might be the important step that we are overlooking. think about a little bit, the body wants to defend itself against you squeezing the juice out of ya penis so it gets bigger to accomadate and become tougher so it won't happen as well. well by taking the time to heal, it'll back down its defense (toughening) and you can't lose any size
