I received the new Lengthmaster from Mattersofsize!!!

Very very cool! Like an antique. Very well-made but extremely expensive to make. I think I was paying close to $90 for each one.

Excellent bumps with video!

I like that old vintage look to it, are they anymore available?

No that workshop closed years ago. And back then the LM was much more expensive since it was made by hand. Today were able to offer it at a lower price because without mass produce it.

I have one of those wooden ones, will dig it out and snap some pix. I also had the older red one, but someone chucked it out :(

I would love to see a picture of the wooden one, that was our first run. Probably a collectors item at this point LOL put it on the eBay maybe you’ll get a few hundred dollars. Sign your name maybe even get more LOL

Sadly that lovely cherry red one is gone from my collection Mike :( some light fingered twat years ago went through my stuff and that was an item that went missing! very unhappy to say the least because it was the FIRST power assist model. I do have the wooden one though.

Actually that’s the second generation. The first generation was Ashwood oil stain. Extremely expensive to make but I wanted to get it out there so I didn’t care about making a profit at the time I only cared about getting it out. Here USA picture:

I got one of those, but the red one I'm referring to was your first power assist sold on the forums, they were a lovely red.

Oh yes the red power assist I was thinking of length master LOL yes that red power assist with solid Ash and we would paint them. I think at the time we were selling them for $100 and they costed almost that much to make? but I knew in my head that if I was able to prove these tools work I knew lightning would make them beautiful. So we’ve gone through many generations of LM and the PA and they keep getting better.
